Metro PCS is a good company, i dont have a problem with the phone and network but this particular branch in auburn near Super savers store sucks.. I believe the older lady is the manager. Customer service sucks, dont make the customer wait and just ignore them or pretend that you dont see them.. if youre busy with other people explain to them why.. You need to change the management of this site.. when i pay my bill and I know i was ahead of time, the cashier made a comment "youre paying early?" so what if i pay early.. you should be happy and also customer service comes with sincerity, you may can fake it but make sure youre good at it...People can tell the difference..

Stopped in Metro PCS store on Auburn Way N to look into switching to them. The only sales person was talking with a customer, so I waited thinking I would be helped soon. After waiting for ten minutes, all of which to find out they were just gossiping I was still being ignored. Bad enough not being greeted when I entered, but to be ignored was insult to injury. This lack of customer service tells me that Metro PCS is not worth my business.

Bad attitude. And do not honor their word. They put a piece of gorilla glass on my phone that wasnt the right one and said if i have any issues with it to bring it back and they would replace it. I came back and the rude lady said i would never say such a thing... And gave me a horrible attitude. I would recommend a different store. But as far as the company its a good service. This location is just giving metro pcs a bad name.

Horrible customer service, these ladys were trying really hard to make me angry for no reason, Im not even their customer I was there with a friend and they were able to be rude to me with out me even talking to them. I will call definitely call the corp. & make a formal complaint.

Very bad service bad attitude almost kicked me out from the store I hope she gets fired I called metro corporate and complaint they will fire her asap Thank you metro :) oh by the way I dont recommend this particular store go to a different one instead

I have never been there but they would not serve a friend of mine who came in 15 minutes before they closed saying it was too close to closing time to help her set up a new account. They lost out on both of our money!
