I got service for 2 of my children with cricket. I paid $70 I will continue paying $70 monthly I currently have T-Mobile and pay $194 adding my line and my husbands would give me a $20 discount and $30 discount Total would be $120 for All 4 lines. How awesome is that !? The way the rep explained it to me made total SENSE She was patient and she was clear. That is hard to find nowadays. I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with this carrier, the staff and this specific store. Thank you Mickie youre awesome

I HAD AT&T AND PAID OVER 300 MONTHLY. I CAME TO THIS STORE EXPLAINED TO THEM MY SITUATION. PAULA HELPED ME WITH EVERYTHING! I PULLED OUT A 7+ FOR $50 AND I GOT INSURANCE ON IT. I WENT FROM PAYING $452, TO PAYING $60 FOR UNLIMITED SERVICE AND MY IPHONE PAYMENTS THAT WILL BE DONE IN 3 MONTHS... MORAL OF THIS LONG ASS PARAGRAPH IS SHE GAVE ME A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM! I CAN NOT THANK HER ENOUGH. THEY ARE A GREAT TEAM. I WILL RECOMMEND THESE LADIES TO MY LOVED ONES. THANKS CRICKET !

We had issues with our phones. We went to Cricket and the manager was extremely patient. She called cricket reset our network and told us about the promotios they had going on. We ended up getting a 5th for FREE !! My grams has a smart phone now lol (: I definitely recommend. Thanks Paula!

my phone broke and I came in to buy a new 1 they didnt have what I wanted but paula helped get a phone with a really cute and protective case. Ive been with cricket for a long time and this store is my go to all day everyday.. thanks paula you are freaken amazing.
