I came here after a pretty terrible experience at the Puyallup river road Verizon store by Fred Meyer. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I worked with Miranda and was able to get all my questions answered and walked out with a new phone and no more worries. I highly recommend this store and would go back in a heartbeat!
