I called in today asking about Internet service and was told I would get a call back. I left my name number and never got a call back so I called back myself. I was told they couldnt tell me anything about it and its better for me to come into the store. Now why would I come into the store if they cant even tell me about it over the phone? Very poor customer service and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I feel like they couldve at least called me back and let me know something.
