They could not have cared less if this 50 plus year old woman wanted to buy a bike. Not one smile, not one iota of excitement about motorcycles in general. I came to buy and left irritated and turned off. I got better attitude and service when I went to k-mart last week to buy bubble wrap. Im going to go and buy one in Lynnwood. I know they will be better, because Auburn was so substandard. Let me add for clarification. Everyone was kind but emotionally disengaged. I would have bought a bike from Mike, the ambassador, or the excited guy I met that had recently purchased a bike that I met walking into the store. They were engaged, smiling and enthusiastic. My background is in sales and I know what is involved to get a sale. Interest, excitement, knowing your customer, asking questions, using a persons name, bothering to get a phone number or email address. Simple. I certainly appreciated the test ride. It is a beautiful bike and I was probably going to buy today. Doing the minimum should never be considered a low pressure approach. I told my friend that if I worked there, they would have every woman in the South sound considering an Indian cycle. It wouldnt be hard because the quality of the product is apparent. Thank you for your prompt and courteous response this beautiful Saturday.

I just left the Auburn Indian dealer. I am interested in the 2016 Indian Roadmaster; I briefly talked with Spike (sales manager). I tell Spike I don’t like the brown seats and I want black seats. Spike says, “Well, that’s what the come with.” I say, so, you’re seriously not going to switch them for me? Spike says he will switch half of the seat and I need to buy the other half... WTF, a 30K deal and Spike will not change a seat color!!! I told Spike I was disappointed with his decision, I added I am not doing it, and walked out.... I cannot express my discomfort with that myopic sales perspective. As I mentioned to Spike, Harley is bending over backward for me, doing whatever they can do. If I had a salesperson or customer service person working for me that did that to my customer, I would send them packing immediately. You know, the 2016 Roadmaster has its awesome attributes, but also has some drawbacks. I find it difficult to imagine Indian feels it is a profitable business practice to treat people that way; particularly when we have so many options available. I am not sure if this how all Indian dealers do business or not. Guess I will never know.

I purchased my new Vic Cross Country Tour from a dealer in Eastern WA. But now I live in Olympia and needed the first break-in service done. Hinshaws Victory/Indian of Auburn is the closest dealer to Olympia, so in July I stopped in to schedule the service. I was told it would be 90 days before they could get to it. When I expressed disappointment the guy asked if I bought it there. I said no and he just snorted and shrugged and said, sorry, they couldnt even service their own customers, like I wasnt a customer! Then he proceeded to complain that he only had one tech and almost made it sound like it was my fault for expecting him to provide service. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. The Lynwood dealer made me feel like a valued customer. They worked me in on Saturday even though they did not have a slot open. Needless to say, I will travel the extra distance and go to the Lynwood dealer from now on.

Love these guys! Spike was awesome to deal with and made purchasing a 17 Indian Chief Vintage super easy. As Im out of state, he also made it ridiculously easy to work with DMC Sidecars to have the bike picked up from the Indian shop so the rig could be assembled and then shipped to us. Ive made other out-of-state vehicle purchases, but even given the added wrinkle of needing to wait for DMC to be ready for the bike (Vintage was ready a month or so before DMC was ready for it), this was easily the smoothest vehicle purchase Ive ever had. Super easy, great communication, everything done right, etc. I would absolutely recommend these great folks to anyone looking for a new bike.

A great dealership for great brands. Customer service is definitely the goal at this unique outpost. Spike and his staff maintain the highest standard of customer service possible. Indian, Slingshot and Victory motorcycles and vehicles are all represented and displayed in a warm. inviting showroom. Whether browsing or buying, youll feel comfortable and welcomed. Prices are clearly displayed and throwing a leg over the bikes is encouraged. Dont forget to scruffle Scout, the friendly dealership dog behind the ears.

Everytime you enter you are greeted by an adorable dog named Scout in front of a number of gorgeous Indian Scouts, followed by a friendly greeting from one of the Salesman. They are the best Ive visited and will continue to visit.
