Just wanted to thank the whole crew at Sawtooth Indian motorcycles. My salesperson (Jake Blazzard) was especially helpful with assisting me with purchasing my new Indian Chieftain. He set up my test ride and answered all my questions about the new bike. If anyone out there is in the market for a new bike he and the rest of the crew there are first class and more than qualified to assist you in your search. So to Zeb, Levi, Jake and Kyle thank you very much, oh and a huge thank you to Edward the shops mechanic, this guy is beyond words. He keeps all the bikes they sell in tip top running condition, he is a god with set of tools. Thank you again for everything you guys have done and continue to do for me and all the faithful Indian Riders.

While I didnt purchase a motorcycle here (I wasnt in the market, rather looking for information about the new Indian motorcycles), the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. I spoke with a salesman who not only knew everything from technical specifications about the motorcycles pistons to the impressive technological features each model had to offer. I walked in with questions and no knowledge about the new Indians, and walked out impressed with the technology, engineering, and features the bikes offer. I can say that this dealer is excellent at making the customer feel appreciated, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I wouldnt hesitate to buy a motorcycle here.

Some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Let me start by saying that I didnt end up buying my bike from these guys because the bike I wanted was a very specific color with options and it was hard to find. Ryan was awesome! He answered emails and responded with texts even when the dealership was closed. He sent me additional pictures and was incredibly helpful. I wish I could have purchased my bike from them, but I will definitely be using them for all my service. Thanks guys!

Best Indian dealership the intermountain West. Zeb, and Kurt in sales and head mechanic Edward will take great care of you and make sure you are totally happy. I drove over 5 hours to buy my Cheiftan and it exceeded expectations, Other dealerships could learn from these guys what customer service is all about! I will always recommend them to anyone who asks about my Indian. And they will be helping me with the next one I buy.

Needed a spanner wrench for my Chief Vintage and my local (Georgia) dealer wouldnt order it for one reason then another. I had visited Boise in January and dropped by the store and they seemed very helpful. Well i decided to call Levi to see if he would order it without hesitation he was on it.
