They will pretty much ignore you. I went there twice looking for a bike for my wife and both times wandered around for a half hour or so looking at bikes without anyone there ever asking if we needed help. The parts guys are somewhat helpful if all you need are parts but what I can only guess is the owner or a salesman, just sits at that desk growing roots.
