Glad I happened to Google this place. This is my first ever review on Google. I randomly called them to have some work done on my CBR600RR. No crappy annoying answering machine, got a real person (his wife?) - super nice. Then talked to Mike, also super nice. She had to go get him from the shop, but he didnt sound annoyed or in a rush to get off the phone. He spent some time giving me the hourly rates & reviewing what I needed done. He was able to fit me in & finish in the same day, called me when the work was done as they said they would, and the prices were both fair and accurate - didnt try to oversell me on stuff or add in things that I magically needed done like some places do with your cars air filters or wiper blades. Zero complaints about the service, price, or location. Its rare to find a shop that isnt expensive, lazy, or both. Plus, their dog is awesome and loves bubble wrap - pretty entertaining.

I need to edit my rating. I started discovering problems with the service after putting a few miles on the bike. An o-ring had been replaced with sealant which didnt hold, resulting in an oil-leak and my needing to order a new part. A bolt hole was broken off the crankcase cover in such a way that only replacing the crankcase cover will fix it. Very expensive, though I cant prove it was GVM so Im stuck with it. The bike is hard to start and stinks like gasoline. The choke doesnt work at all. Theres a valve ticking (a job I should have asked them to perform when the carbs were out, but forgot, so sort of my fault though I think he could have suggested it). Im starting to wonder if they actually disassembled the carbs. But, I cant prove anything. I suppose I should have given the work to to the dealer. Regardless, it runs now and didnt before, so no hard feelings, but wont be back.

This shop is an absolute joke!!!!! Way overpriced unless youre one of his cop buddies that the owner (mike) keeps happy so he can keep robbing people... The owners wife had to be one of the rudest female customer service reps Ive ever dealt with, just an absolute witch!!!the work here is average at best and you will be told its going to be done on a certain day but if anyone of his friends or cop buddies n their personal toys come in your going to the back of the line n probably waiting a few extra days... oh and last but not least they wont work on anything older then 10 yrs old!!!!!! Wtf? Sum of us are classic men :)

I needed the 32,000 mile scheduled service done on my 2010 Goldwing. Mike, the owner quoted me 1/2 of what the dealers quoted for labor only. I furnished most of the OEM parts I wanted plus K&N oil and air filters. He told me some service tips about my Wing that dealers dont mention. I dropped my bike off in the evening and it was ready the next afternoon as promised. I also had him install new tires and breaks. Ill be back. Mike knows Goldwings.
