They advertised a bike on Ebay. Asked for only a few hundred dollars shy of excellent value retail . Initial contact with them gleaned the bike to be in perfect order and EVERYTHING on it working as it should. Was told bike was 125CI. There was a lot of deception projected but not realized right away. Sent me a video that was deliberately altered to be very shaky and extremely blurry. The bike was equipped with air ride suspension which in the video a demonstration of it (later having video cleaned and cleared showed the trick and deception used) was done. In fact only the pump worked and not at all any movement on the air shocks, etc. When later questioned, they blamed the shipper having broken it. Sent a title with the bike, totally useless as they did not sign it and they had crossed/scribbled over the name of the previous owner. Speedo did not work. The starter engaged sometimes, other times just spun. The open primary belt system required a new pulley and secondary drive belt. Part of the wiring harness was cut off. It seeps tranny and oil fluids and requires all new gaskets on the bottom end. These people new exactly what they were doing and the reasons for selling the bike via ebay (which even there on Ebay was deception, deliberately not showing any close up pics). I took a big chance buying from afar without personal inspection and a test drive and relied solely upon the integrity and words of the salesman....which amounts to crap , lies and deception. And in , fact, was /is 107CI clearly marked on the side casing of engine. The salesman also whined how much work he went through to sell me the bike despite it being his job to sell and fill out papers and all it entails to make sale final. Do not take any chance buying via online from these people and in person you better be very savvy about bikes or have someone with you whom is. UPDATE: Needs clutch work/replacement. And my local Harley whom Ive dealt with for years has explained, following intense inspection and testing of bike, in detail exactly how this bike was rigged . I am told I am looking at over 5000. in repairs just to the bottom end and engine alone. ( Engine smokes on start up). Ill never trust a used bike sales place again, thanks to TC Powersports. Imagine, $8000. for a bike that can only sit and be started...

Stopped in for window shopping and saw an Indian I really liked. I had 3 questions and the answers that the first salesman gave were so vague and uninterested that I left with more questions than I arrived with. Returned to try again with another salesman who was only slightly more helpful but still couldnt/wouldnt give much more in the way of specifics and would not facilitate a test ride of more than one motorcycle. The price was slightly better than another place ( where the salesman was more attentive and direct with his answers) so I took my chances. To date, there has been zero effort or follow through on a couple hundred bills in promised incentives. I was told a couple times "call me" by the salesman and after repeated attempts and messages I still havent received a response. I get it that dealers are out to separate you from as much of your money as they can, but the dishonest and insincere "promises" are just plain unprofessional. (I went through a similar experience buying a car earlier this year so I was hip to what was going down) On to the positives... Beth in finance handled the transaction flawlessly and smoothly. Darrell and the rest of the service department are always professional and prompt in responding to issues that have arisen or any service work done. Sarah at the parts desk was extremely helpful and courteous.

Cant rave enough about how Nikk and the guys there took care of me when I purchased my 2016 KTM 450SXF. First and foremost they gave a great deal on my bike.. no back and forth BS. Just straight up gave me a great price and shot me straight from the start. Nikk, made it easy to communicate via text as well. When I got there everything was in order and ready to go. They walked me through each department, Parts, Accessories, Finance. Each dept gave me a brief description of services offered and did this really cool thing where I picked a card from a deck of cards (think poker) where the best hand wins a gift cert at the end of the month. They also gave me free t-shirt, stickers, polishing cloths and cleaner. Lastly, when they walked me out to the bike they went over everything about it and asked me if I had any questions. I hope everyone else has as good of buying experience.

As someone who used to work there and has had experience talking with salesman and service techs. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OF DAY! These people are worthless scam artist. Sell you poss that fall apart for top dollar. The management is HORRIBLE. Every single fb review you see on here that has any sort of positive feedback at all is friends or family of employees because employees are paid to get google reviews to try to look good like putting a dress on a pig. May look pretty from the outside but on the inside its a whole nother story. Go ahead and look at there sister company on us-12 and see all the "positive" feedback they get. They must not pay there employees to bribe people for reviews at that location... these people have no values and it shows in there work. These people have no idea how to run a business or how to treat there customers or employees. Absolute garbage place.

I went in there for the second time today. The first time was a very busy Saturday so I will not hold anything against them there. I have had an interest in Indian motorcycles for quite some time. They helped me get a test ride and were direct and easy to deal with. I needed a ride to determine how much of a v-twin feel an Indian would have as generally speaking I have been a flat 6 rider. There was some, but it was not too overdone. The bike felt relatively refined compared to other v-twin offerings I have ridden. Im still in love with the looks of the bike, so maybe some day. Im satisfied with how I was treated and if I decide to add an Indian to my collection I would go here first.

Damn used to be a nice helpful place when it was holiday. Ive called here 3 times. Each time I had to tell 3 different people at the parts counter the year make model and what I was looking for... only to find out they did not have it. Happened again this morning and im done with tc.. Ill drive out of town or order online. Nothing but trash here in Jackson now. Dont get me wrong if you dont have the part you dont have it. But Im not tying to talk to a group of retards about what i need. Im no special needs teacher and i dont get paid for that.
