I got a very bad experience buying my first motorcycle the people are working on the counter the lie to me they told me so many things before I buy my bike tommy told me my bike has one month warranty any problems please bring the bike I buy the bike on Saturday I was waiting for more than 5 hours to get the bike Sunday I noticed the front brakes are making so much noise I called Tommy Tuesday morning he says bring the bike and I will take care of you I bring the bike and another guy with a lot of tattoos he says your bike is good when the bike is not in good conditions and the guy with the tattoos say what do you expect to get when you buying a used bikes and I told him Tommy told me there is one month warranty no matter what and he says I can replace the brake shoes for you but you have to pay for the parts not only that I decide to walk away next week I have the bike sitting for one week on my garage I decide to ride when I want to turn the motorcycle on I can get it to work the battery was bad I called Tommy again and he says bring me the bike and I will take care of you when he not take care of you we have to make sure the battery is working well because before you buy the bike went inspected 80 points on the bike and everything was working well and I cant tell their lie because in case they check the 80 points they will find out the break shoes are very low and the battery wasnt in good conditions so definitely somebody from this business view snd read my review please get people with the higher quality in training people dont lie always tell the truth and I decide to buy my own battery forget these guys I will never recommend this business especially Tommy and the guy with a lot of tattoos they feel like the owners but we are the customers and they have to take care of us 000000000000000000 stars

Ive always thought buying cars & motorcycles is a pain - but Next Motorcycle HB made it easy. I bought a bike (TW200) from them about a month ago. We went back on forth on the price for a couple of days but ultimately made the deal happen. Steve was great to work with - always taking my calls, answering questions honestly, and respectful of my time. Im more than happy to refer future customers to them and hope they have continued success! Only giving 4 stars for 1 reason - my new bike was dirty when I picked it up! Ill be returning to them this week for a tire repair and hope their service department is as great as the sales team!

Next Motorcycle in Huntington Beach is the only place i was able to make a deal. A pretty awesome deal in fact. Nobody else would deal with me because of my less than average credit score. However Scotty & The Manager, (forgot his name) worked very hard to do what they could for me and i was extremely surprised. I was able to get the bike i wanted for the price i wanted. Cant beat that kinda service!!! Plus they were very professional. They explained everything to me cause i had a lot of questions. I would give them 10 stars if i could!! I am very happy with their service & I recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest dealership.

Excellent experience I have bought several bikes in the past. This was by far the best experience. Steve and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There era no pressure or hassle like some dealerships. They also have the best deals in SoCal. Thank you for the outstanding Next Motorcycle experience. I will be a customer for life. I bought my 2015 Yamaha Bolt here and these guys are great! The sales people arent pushy, the parts department follows through with getting prices and ordering, and the service guys are as honest as they come. They know I do a lot of my own maintenance and if I have questions, they are happy to answer. Theyre seasoned riders who know their stuff. I highly recommend this place, whether you buy a bike or just want quality mechanics working on your ride.

Ive been using their services for 6 month and I definitely can recommend them. Antonio is a great mechanic, my Yamaha VS 650 is 9 years old but now it runs like new. Steve is always ready to help. I have some technical skills and what he says or recommends is reasonable for me. They did not try to sell me what I do not need and they explain everything about what they are going to do. After my experience in New York city those guys are great.

Drove an hour to get there but it was worth it. Bought a new FJ-09 from the guys January 2 and what an awesome experience. Great price, gave me a fair amount on my trade and most importantly they helped me fulfill my New Years resolution and that was to smile more for 2016, it helps that the bike will pick up the wheel 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear easily. Thanks again guys.........

After getting the runaround from a big Costa Mesa Yamaha dealer I came to Next. Next was less expensive and delivered on time. The best part was the discussion after, they gave me so much good info about future options. I feel like I have a partner in my ADV bike adventures with my best interest in mind. Had a bad experience trying to purchase a bike here 10 months ago. Went in with cash and good credit and there was no one there who could even start the transaction. Tried again today to buy YAMAHA chemicals and it was a total joke. They carried no parts, no accessories, and no plans to get any soon, I was told. Never going back there again.
