This is, without a doubt, the most hospitable BMW motorcycle dealership imaginable. From the owner, Mike, to the service manager, John, to Scott in finance, Victor in parts, Manny in sales, and all the rest of the staff make you feel welcome and they all go the extra mile to please you, and they are truly sincere in their efforts. I am so happy that I purchased my 2016 R1200 RT from them. They are located just two minutes off the I-5 in Burbank, and regardless of where you live its worth the drive. (BTW, their deals are unbeatable!)

En route from LA to the SF Bay Area I had a brake warning light illuminate. Hundreds of miles from home, I found this dealership and dropped in for an inspection. Within a short time they found and fixed the problem (related to an after-market brake light addition present when I bought the bike)...for free! Great service. Great waiting area. Friendly and experts. Exceeded my expectations.

I am due for service and thought I would try this new dealership , so far my experience has been highly positive , everyone is nice and courteous , love the waiting lounge and large show room. They also charge much less for 6000 service compared to other bmw motorcycle dealerships. I would highly recommend this burbank bmw for those who the market for bmw motorcycle or services.

Awesome dealership, in fact, one of the best I have been to. Ask for SCOTT (tell him Philip sent you) but its safe to say youre in good hands with the rest of the crew as well. They usually have a decent little selection of used bikes of all kinds as well. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable crew.

Took way too long to install two tires and they are unnecessarily overpriced... Dont think these guys will be staying open too long. Would not recommend.
