Very poor Customer service. I would seriously recommend when doing your shopping yall use NADA before going to these guys. They are making over 2k per bike they sell to people that do not understand the business. I have a background in Motorcycle sales as well as I am a certified tech and a Marine Corps Veteran. Currently I am a Sales Manager at a car dealership so I kind of have an idea how this works. Ill share Shawns email for yall to make your own decision. Go here and get ripped off or go somewhere that is willing to be fair? Be Careful and Ride Safe! Hey James, Internet Sales and my job are much different. My pay structure is not the same but even if it was I wouldnt want a minimum commission, Id rather just wait and sell it for asking when its the right bike for the right person. Average NADA is $9945 and we give a 60 day in house warranty thats included. We are a busy enough shop that we have the ability to pace our sales and not give things away. I want to help but we employee 13 people and $500 deals dont happen here. Id suggest looking at stuff in the lower price point like I said but if I have 3 or 4k profit in something I can shave off about half of it for you but on this one $9,995 is it otherwise Id just relist it for $9,995 and wait. I know you want a bike and I want to sell you something but we run our shop much differently then a car dealership. Swing by after the 10th and Ill show you 4 or 5 bikes I can haggle on. Where do I begin.. I had an amazing experience at this place. AMAZING. Thank you, Shawn, for putting me on the perfect starter bike for me. I stumbled into this oasis of gently used motorcycles by pure accident (was just driving by really, the selection of what looked like preowned bikes caught my eye). Rode away on a CBR250 about an hour later. 200mi and a couple of days later, came in with my tail between my legs and asked for a bigger bike. Rode away in less than an hour on a CB500F, leaving the 250 behind. 6hours and 150mi after that, and now completely exhausted, I am one blissful glob of a newbie. Excellent attitude/ service, great selection, no-bs.. Will bring my bike right back here when Im ready to graduate again (hopefully in more than a couple of days this time). *off to sleep in the garage next to my baby

I recently purchased a 2003 Suzuki SV650 from J&M. Its my first bike, and although it was an older model, it was exceptionally clean given the age - like much of the inventory on their floor. It was a pleasant shopping experience. I told the salesperson, Justin, that I had just gotten my license, and I told him about what kind of bike I was looking for. He recommended the SV650 because it offered enough power to commute on the freeway while still being easy to ride for a beginner. Shawn helped me through the finance process. It was quick and easy. He also got me in touch with their insurance broker, and I got a great low rate in under ten minutes. Im completely satisfied with my purchasing experience at J&M. Im really happy with my SV650, and Ill likely go back when it comes time to move onto another bike.

They had a good selection of bikes, but they dont allow test rides and were totally dismissive and rude about it. The guy I spoke with gave me some hand-wavy excuse of "liability issues" and let $6000 cash walk out the door without so much as an apology, even though Im an experienced, licensed rider willing to leave a deposit, sign a waiver, take a guided buddy ride, whatever. I cant imagine whatever liability issues they have are so insurmountable they cant be overcome - buy some insurance and let serious buyers test ride things. I wouldnt buy a car without a test drive and I wont buy a bike without one, either. Guess Im off to Craigslist to find somebody more reasonable - would have liked to do it all today, but the total lack of test rides and poor customer service are a dealbreaker.

J&M Motorsports (6 stars)!!! I had a bike that I owed payments on, and another that I owned and didnt ride much. Shawn totally hooked me up with a great deal and gave me beyond fair trade in values- he went well above expectations, and I road home that day on my new bike (mint 2007 VFR800). Shawn even helped me get a refund on the unused portion of my service plan with one of my trade in bikes (thanks again). These guys are fair, sell exceptional quality bikes, and are all around great folks. I highly recommend doing business with them. If you see a bike online or on CL, get over there fast! Their bikes sell within days, so dont loose out.

Attempted to purchase a bike from them earlier today. I had a sub par experience; very poor customer service, was told that paperwork was going to take "15 minutes". I was there for over 2 overs when I decided to pack my things up and left. Plus it seemed that the employees had no idea what they were doing. Stay away from this place, you are better off getting a bike on craiglists along with a nice story out of it

I went to J&M to see one of many bikes that I saw on Craigslist. They had the largest selection of pre-owned bikes I have ever seen. They obtained excellent financing for me and I was very happy to know that they offer an unconditional 60 day in-house guarantee on all of their bikes.
