Saturday 29, 2017 My name is Andrè and Me and my family have purchased 3 bikes from this location & have always recommended many friends and family to go here and see (MATT) to purchase a motorcycle. I seen a motorcycle on their website Friday and call Saturday morning when they open and spoke with a guy named "turbo" I let him know I was coming out there after I was off work to buy this motorcycle and I let him know I was buying and hold it he check and found the motorcycle I was looking for and ask for my name number and let me know he would be waiting for me, about an hour after he called saying " this is amazing bike, it has I believe brand new tires and extremely low miles" it was a (black and silver 2009 Ninja 650 r with 3k miles ) for 4K $. I told him "I know I want the bike, I spoke with Matt a few weeks ago about one you guys had the same exact bike and around the same miles but was white and pink" and Im buying the bike when I get off. Matt was holding it for a guy for a week because he was at work out of town and told me he couldnt sell it and I understand thats great business and customer service and communicating you had a buyer already. So let me finish, so I call turbo again about 40mins later asking him for the VIN number for the Insurance and he says "I will call you back, Im with a customer right now" and I understand "I say thank you dont forget". Turbo calls me back with the VIN and I told him I will call right back after I call my insurance and I do that, and call to let turbo know "it was perfect and I could ride it home today and I will be on my way shortly I live far from you guys dealership but Im coming you know Im good for it". Turbo says ill see you soon Right as I hang up with him I call their finance department ( Im not sure exactly who I spoke with ) but I was asking if you dealership worked with First Tech Credit Union and would they be able to Fax the "buyer certificate" so I can just get the bank to write a check. And he says " no they are not in our "chubby" or "cubby" but where do you live I sure I can help you find someone Lend to you and I let him know I wasnt trying to do that and he said he wouldnt able to get it done by today in the short amount of time " and I say " I understand, because you guys closing shortly but I let turbo know Im buying the bike for sure and if I cant ride home on it today I will get the next business day" he says okay and Ill see you soon hopefully you get a bike. I kid you not about 15 mins later I get a call for turbo and he says we have sold the bike and "I have no control over it" I was so mad and I went off and I let him know We bought many bikes from this dealership and I let you know I was buying this bike and hold it for me, I went told you Matt held a bike for a guy for a week prior to you even selling this bike and you know I wanted it. Turbos responds were "they paid cash, I cant do anything," I said "you dont even know what I was paying period cash or loan, a purchase is a purchase and you getting the money and I actually was paying cash" and hung up. Turbo has horrible customer service and they waste my time and effort of trying to bike a motorcycle and from their dealership as well. And this isnt the first happens when I have gone into the store and they felt I wasnt going to buy anything so they treated me as if I was "window shopping" it very sad they treated me this way not to mention Im African American (Black). Matt was not in this day and hes usually the only guy I go see in the dealership and hes a very respectable man, great great service and always calls to update you no matter the situation and has the only service Id advise if anyone goes here(.)

I can’t say enough good about BHY. Starting with their MC sales staff, they have sold my partner and I four bikes in three years and they are honest and listen to your needs and wants. Most importantly they won’t sell you something that is over your skill set. Doug got me on my very first bike, a GZ250. Jimmie sold me a VStar 1100 six months later that I just loved but needed more. A month ago Doug sold me my dream bike, a Vulcan 900. He has watched me grow up in the riding world and always has a hug for me when I walk in and a greeting for my partner. We have never been treated wrong by them. As for the retail side of BHY, they are just as wonderful! All of the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Kelani Blanchard. He has always gone out of his way to explain the differences in products that we are considering purchase of. He was also instrumental on the purchase of my last bike. Kelani not only knows what is best for you accessory/parts wise but most importantly, he knows bikes. He is an all season rider and his customer service reflects that. Wondering why he isn’t selling bikes though…. He will never steer you wrong! As for the service department, I have only used them once three years ago. I had a major failure in shaft drive of my VStar which was thankfully covered by the extended warranty. The service team kept me apprised of delivery status on parts and I had my bike back within two weeks! I was also allowed to visit her! When it comes to super-fast and accurate handling of the financing you can’t do better than Jessica! My partner recently purchased a Honda ST1300 from Scott. He couldn’t have been happier with the entire transaction after his HD was purchased back by HD due to lack of service in the service department. All in all, you won’t go wrong with ANYONE at BHY! If it wasnt for Rick, i would give 1/2 star for the management of this establishment, that is being managed by Dave Newell. Thank you Rick for your knowledge, understanding and outstanding customer service . My review is based on my experience with the manager above ( Dave )not the sale representative. His rating would have the 5 stars. I also want to let you know, Im not a person writing reviews, but when something goes teribly wrong it needs to be known ! Few days ago my husband and I came to look at a couple of ski jets. After asking Rick if the price mentioned is the best he can do for us, we heard a loud voice technically from one end of the store to the other stating loud, very loud: 2k more ,take it or leave it !!!! That sentenced being repeated about 3 times very loud. That was Dave Newell - the manager shouting and walking from one end to the other.None of us spoke to him before, but the sale representative trying to negotiate the price, but as mentioned nothing happened. A manager should have the ability to know how to talk to people, how to respect a customer, and many more (none mentioned above are his Forte ) Im wondering who made him manager !!!! Even if the price is set at a certain level, a manager needs to be able to provide great experience to anyone walking thru the door. A manager is a reflection of the place his managing. I hope that the hire up management will see my review and take appropriate actions. I am planning on calling the corporate office as well. I ,as a customer making a sale purchase (nice amount)should have been treated with respect. I forgot to mention, that when I asked him who he was ,why those words and that Im spending a good amount here, he said: WHO CARES !!!! Are those the words of a real manager? Go figure !!! Thank you for reading, and again THANK YOU RICK !
