Scott and Michelle are a great team! The overall experience was fabulous! Scott answered all my questions. Let me test ride all the bikes until I found the correct one (2003 Harley Heritage Springer). He priced the bike very competitively. (same bike on craigslist from private seller was thousands more) Michelle was great and worked with my credit union. The day I picked up the bike she treated my daughter like a princess. She gave her a cool Moon Motorcycle tee shirt and a soda. Very family friendly place. Overall experience was a A++. Thanks Moon Motorcycles, Mark

Super friendly, no pressure, great selection of good quality used bikes. Go here first, if youre looking for a good used motorcycle. Scott, Michelle, Jeremy, and everyone else there were really helpful. Not only did I get a sweet custom ride, they put on new tires and filled the tank before I picked her up. Oh, and then they loaded it in the trailer for me and gave me a t-shirt and cookie on the way out the door! I cant remember the last time I experienced so much integrity and service.

Seemed nice and I had cash for a bike but they couldnt lower it to what I wanted without permission. The next day when the owner was "coming in" (the guy I talked to had to ask), I looked on the website and the bike was lowered to $5 dollars less than what I offered and when I called it was already "sold". Edit - The guy I was talking too said that no way Scott would take that offer. They would want it on the website for a couple of weeks at very least.

Ansolutely the best, honest, friendliest shop Ive been to! And not just one person, it seems everyone Ive dealt with treated me like family. Beyond that, DJ worked on my bike, with slipping clutch, loosened the cable and I was on my way...its the little things like tightening my chain or checking out electrical....they actually help you, as if you were one of their own!! You may wonder why this place has all 5 star reviews. If you go and check them out you wont wonder any more. I needed a service on my bike, and needed it within a few days. They went the extra mile and were able to work me into a tight schedule. They also took the time to listen to what I really needed. Wouldnt consider taking the bike anywhere else from now on.

It was really nice to purchase from Moon Motorcycles. The process was simple, even with a trade. It is always nice to buy from a customer oriented shop (and avoid the craigslist runaround) and from people that really just love motorcycles. Quality workmanship and attention to detail. DJ in their service department had never installed a dashcam system like the one I brought in, but he worked with me to come up with options for mounting, and did a beautiful job.
