So I called to get new tires for my BMW F700. Not the most common sizes, and I wanted a very specific brand and model. Omega was unable to get them from their supplier and recommended I order them from the Internet, bring them in to get mounted. I understand the competition from the Internet, so it was a big surprise to hear Tony recommend I order them online. Earns 2 stars. During the mounting, the TPS bolt snapped. No argument about how/when to replace it, they just said they would get the part in the morning. Another star. The tire would not hold the bead from being crushed in shipping. My problem, not theirs. But they went out of the way to take me home. Another star. I had to wait overnight to pick it up, and work had me pinned to my desk for the next two days. I would miss the weekend club ride. So Tony offered to bring me the bike. I ended getting a cancellation so I could go get the bike, but the thought counted. Another Star. While not the smoothest service because of issues out of their control, the made and effort at every turn make it right. They even cleared the stupid service light for free. Another star. What? That is six stars? Crap... I will just have to give you 5 stars!

ASK FOR SHAWN! Literally the best customer service ive ever experienced buying anything anywhere. They have a great selection of bikes, super knowledgeable staff, and spent a lot of time with me finding a bike that fit my needs without pressuring me into buying anything I didnt want or need. After looking through the inventory on the floor, Shawn showed me a bike in the back that wasnt ready for sale yet that I was interested in. He then spent the entire day getting that bike rushed and ready to go for me, got me financed in less than an hour, and even the owner went out to get some new parts for the bike that very day to get it finished up and ready to go. Even after the sale, I still received the same level of attention and respect from this shop that I did before I bought, which unfortunately is often times not how it goes at other dealers. After I took the bike out for a ride, I found one little problem with it, and when I called up Shawn to let him know, he IMMEDIATELY got it into his mechanic to fix the issue no questions asked. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy or service their bikes and I will definitely be around for future business.

Best motorcycle shop around.... I had problems with a different repair shop and a couple of friends told me to bring it to Omega so after I bought my scooter I had them replace both tires and check out my brakes, they then took the time to give me some info that I should know about the scooter. When my scooter started making some weird noises and was dropping power I took it to them and when I was unclear about the problem they invited me in the back so I could speak with the mechanic so I could see for myself and better understand. Talk about a friendly bunch of guys, They greet me like a friend and not just another customer. When I get ready to buy a real bike (and not a scooter) I will come to them first.

Bought my 2007 GSXR 600, last week. Gotta say the staff at omega are extremely helpful, respectful and just all around friendly good people. They do anything possible to make sure you leave the shop happy. I got nothing but respect for these people. Id recommend this shop to anyone interested in purchasing a motorcycle or even if anyones in need of repair, theyll take care of you. Ill definitely be bringing my bike back for future maintenance! I bought my first motorcycle here. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and concerned about getting the right bike for me. I got many tips, and helpful information for riding my bike. I appreciated the lengths Omega Motorcycles went to make me a happy customer, including delivering the bike to my home, and even inviting me out to some group rides they were aware of happening. Great place, Ill be back again for my next bikes and any repairs I need.

Just bought a 2012 zx6r from them, and let me just say what a wonderful experience it was. The whole staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. I delt with Shawn personally and never once did he make me feel pressured into buying something, and He really went out of his way to do what ever he could to help me and not just make a dollar. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and I will definitely be back for any future purchases!

Got stuck 3 hours from home with a blown fan fuse and most of my coolant on the hotel parking lot. Contacted Tony before they even opened... Took the bike in at 10am when their mechanic was due in. They found and fixed the dead short, added coolant and fixed a front brake that was grabbing and had me on the road by 12:30pm. Great job, with a clean shop and personable personnel!
