Each and every time Ive been in that store every employee was very helpful. I had some minor issues with my Tab4 and the employees were extremely helpful and showed me what the problem was and how to fix it, then fixed it for me. Then recently they made me aware of a promotion involving a Slate 10 tablet that was ideal for my wife. They then helped me with getting up and running. Afterwards they pointed out that my Tab4 was eligible for a better plan at a reduced cost that I was currently paying. I have dealt with that Sprint store for 8 years and have ALWAYS found the staff to be professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have NO unpleasant or disappointing issues with them. The managers have really created a fantastic team and EVERYONE should be commended! Thanks for all you do for your customers! If I could I would give a 0 rating. I broke my phone so I came down to get a new one. I stood in the store for 45 minutes. I never got asked if I needed help or anything. I will never be coming back to this store, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.

I have always enjoyed my experience at this sprint location. Customer service is a little slow but they usually are able to resolve most problems. While Sprint service isnt the best across the country it works pretty well in this area.

Their employees are some of the rudest Ive ever dealt with. They must figure they dont have to be nice, since they already have you paying buckets. This store in particular never has more than two people working, even on a Saturday.
