I went into your Woodstock, Va. store #2647 to pick up some items and while i was there i wanted to look at cameras for my upcoming trip. I was told by a cashier that "Kathy" that works the photo dept was back in a different dept and when i saw her ask her to come and show you the cameras. WELL i saw "Kathy" and told her i wanted to look at cameras and she point blank told me she could not help me. She couldnt leave that dept. The attitude and smug look on her face made me so mad. I was in the market to buy a 150.00 camera. I am not sure your rules about associates from one dept taking over in other dept but she could have called someone to meet me at the camera or something. she acted like it was not her job to help me. Whether she was mad because she was put there or what but her attitude just lost you all 150.00 dollars. I have worked as a CSM at another type of store and customers are the first on your list. You go out of your way to make them feel good about shopping there and make it a pleasurable trip. Thank You.

They are no longer truck friendly!!! I guess other truckers ruined it for the rest of us by leaving garbage everywhere. This was once my go to spot to grab a few things because of the EZ off EZ on interstate access. I havent been this way in a few months so Im not sure when all of those no parking signs went up. Be careful when parking here. I luckily was in my truck when they attempted to immobilize it. I took off on those bastards. They have their shopping cart recovery workers policing the parking lot now. I guess Ill have to find another spot to save money and live better.

I love this store we came driving in , in a 18 wheeler and was welcomed. The service to help.me find what I wanted was amazing. The cashier was smiling and happy. You do not see this much anymore at Walmart , these people went out of there way just to help me find a certain colored pencils and a pencil box , they gave me there valuable time to find something so simple and helped me to purchase exactly what I needed. They should be acknowledged for there hard work and friendly faces.

When I called into Sporting Goods Angle answered the phone. I asked him to check stock for an itemfor me, he lied to me over the phone and said the item wasnt in stock. I had reason to believe he was not telling me the truth. I asked him his name. Angle lied to me again and told me his name was Jeffery. I visited the store anyway and found my item in stock and Angel working the department answering phones. I dont appreciate being lied to Angel!

Every time Ive been to this Wal-Mart, Ive had a good experience. Its the one stop shop in Woodstock. Theres a great variety of fresh produce and everything you could need. Special thanks to Tracy who took the time to help me find an item that was eluding me. She was the epitome of patience and customer care.

Great place to buy something cheap, would not recommend buying important things here as the quality may be low. However, great place for buying virtually anything! Very season oriented too. However, the garden center is lacking some things. Other than that great place!

Sometimes it has what you need. Sometimes there are people around to help you( without you searching for them) , and sometimes they even speak enough English for you to understand each other...if they dont blow you off and walk away!

Not a big enough store to have a variety of much of anything and often doesnt have what is supposed to be in stock, or what the other stores have. Just because its listed in Woodstock as being in stock doesnt mean its there!

People in the deli are very rude, there were two workers who argued for 10 minutes. When I was helped she was very disrespectful to me I do not appreciate this and I will never shop here again.

Usually have good stock. However recently Walmart has stopped carrying some items I would usually buy. If you need creamy honey roasted peanut butter, dont go to Woodstock Walmart.

Store is to small and overcrowded. They also discontinue items often and parking lot is like a corn maze and a huge pain and their prices are higher then other locations.
