UPDATE: The corporate office finally got involved and I now have the attachment. The manager at the Woodbridge store did what he could all along, but could only be good as the warehouse and trucking support he had, which was poor. So if you have questions in the store, ask for Chris. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and will work to complete your order. Original Post: Dont believe anything they tell you. I have waited for OVER A YEAR for them to make good on promises and Im still waiting. I purchased a garden tractor in January 2015. It took TWO MONTHS to get it delivered. Not a major issue since the grass wasnt growing, but hearing several different excuses on why it wasnt getting delivered when they said it would got to be a hassle. I also ordered the snow thrower attachment and the manager promised to get me one at a good price for the problems with the tractor. Im still waiting on the snow thrower. The manager was always friendly and always gave the appearance of trying to resolve the issue, but the Sears Outlet system failed miserably. I was made dozens of empty promises and provided hollow excuses. First the snow thrower was all set to be delivered from the warehouse, but there were trucking issues. Then they said they did get the snow thrower, but the store sent it on to New Jersey. Then they had more in the warehouse but they needed parts. Then the parts were in and it was on the next truck. Then 2 feet of snow hit DC and still know snow thrower. I was also promised that I would be contacted by upper management with Sears Outlet to resolve the problem. That didnt happen. I have also written emails direct to Sears Outlet customer service. Zero replies. I will be happy append this review if Sears Outlet ever delivers on their promises. Until then, BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a GE refrigerator at a very good price in summer 2008. It only had some minor dents on the door. I did not buy the expensive warranty and decided to take my chances with the manufactures warranty. I ended up having issues with the icemaker and had 4 Sears service calls (which were covered by the manufactures warranty) until the technician said they couldnt fix the ice maker. Luckily I was able to return the fridge after 11 month after the purchase date because I had a receipt from the technician stating it couldnt be fixed and it was within a year of the purchase date. I have mixed feelings about the outlet store, is hit or miss, I would try my luck again with the outlet but to be on the safe side I would buy the expensive warranty because if you have problems with your appliance after a year of purchase your out of luck and stuck with it.

Scheduled a delivery for Friday 20 Jan. Called Sears on the 19th and confirmed. The Delivery service also confirmed the delivery for Friday 20 Jan between 3:30-5:30 PM. At 7:00PM they havent arrived. I called the delivery company and was told the delivery was cancelled by Sears. I then called Sears and was told it was in fact cancelled in the morning prior to pickup due to inauguration traffic. When I asked why I wasnt notified the salesman told me, "I dont know, thats what I was told, we will call you tomorrow." No apology, no explanation, nothing at all. No mention of inauguration traffic from the delivery service. The inaguration date has been known for literally, years yet they scheduled and confirmed me only to cancel without bothering to let me know. Disgraceful, I wasted half my day waiting for delivery!

DONT CALL SEARS 877 NUMBER AFTER 11:30 am OTHER WISE YOU WILL TALK TO SOMEWHERE . I RECEIVED A NEW WACHINE MACHINE IN NOVEMBER 2015 IT HAS NOT WORKED SINCE TO PRESENT. FIRST AMERICAN HOME BUYERS PROTECTION PLACES THE ORDER. SEARS HAS NO RECORD OF THE ORDER FROM FIRST AMERICAN HOME BUYERS PROTECTION. A SEARS TECHN FILED SERVICE ORDER IN AUGUST 2016 STATING WASHER UNSERVICEABLE. IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET A NEW WASHER SEARS IS MAKING ME LOCATE THE RECPT NUMBER FROM THE ORDER. FIRST AMERICAN HOME BUYERS PROT. ONLY HAS THE PURSCHASE NUMBER.. THIS IS AWFUL, IT HAS BEEN 11 MONTHS I HAVE HAD NO WORKING WASHER. HELLLLLLLLP. DONT SHOP AT SEARS AND IF YOU DO GET THE RECEPTS AND OR IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY GETS ITEMS FROM SEARS GET A COPY.. IN MY CASE NO RECPT OF PROVIDE WHEN ASKED.

Needed a replacement fridge for basement. Found the scratch and dent i wanted at a reasonable price. Had some tricky delivery issues. The store manager and I discussed and he figured out a way that would work for me!! I am very used to just being told "no we cant do that". To find someone willing to try to actually help was refreshing and appreciated. I am very happy with my purchase and the delivery went smoothly. I alread have my eye on a stove and patio furniture (which I did not know they sold) and will not hesitate to do business with this store in the future. A great and unexpcted shopping experience!

The appliances sold here are NOT TESTED. I bought a Refrigerator here that had a defective motor and made loud noises as soon as I plugged it in. This should have been noticed immediately if they plugged it in at the store. Luckily it was covered under manufacturers warranty. I later bought a Samsung dishwasher from here. This dishwasher started having major problems and the manufacturer says they will not warranty it because it was sold as a used appliance. Sears says they can not do anything because I did not get their service plan, even though I am within the 1st year of manufacturers warranty.

I went to purchase a chest freezer. They only had one left it was an open box. The price listed was the same as the brand new one. I told the GM he saw nothing wrong with that even though the floor model was scuffed an dented. He refused to sell it at a discounted price. His sacastic , rude and patronizing behavior caused me to leave without purchasing the freezer or the other items I picked up. Terrible customer service, awful experience.

Couldnt of had a better buying experience. Read all the negative reviews, so I was very apprehensive going in. Bought a scratch and dent fridge at a discount price. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Delivery was on schedule and on time.

I had some challenges in the process, but I must say Chris the manager made an very assertive effort to make things right. He is a good manager who understands the importance of customer service and making the effort to maintain a customer base. They lucky to have him.

The manager I think (Mauricio) was extremely helpful. Even though he was busy with closing duties he stopped what he was doing to assist me. I am very thankful for his help.
