All the tech did was keep telling me how the parts for my stove were being dicontinued. He didnt open one part of my range to look at the problem, just kept stressing to me how much cheaper it would be buy a new one. After talking to my father, ordering parts MYSELF, I made the tech come out to test the wires on the fan motor. I paid $70 to be lectured about how on buying a new one instead of making repairs. My stove is only 9 years old, and exact replacement is about $2000, so yes I want to REPAIR IT. And labor charges! INSANE, $200 labor on a $300 part. It took me 5 minutes by myself, a young mother, to take the side panel off replace the control board and replace the side panel. They wanted $200 for that! WHAT A RIP OFF! I should have listened to the others reviews, but I had already been with out a stove for 2 weeks. Now its been 3.5 weeks and Im still hunting for parts myself, NO help from the tech. Im sick of being taken advantage of as a young woman! Where are the service techs who are so highly rated in the reviews below????

I was told over the phone that when I made my appointment that the service charge would be $69.95 and more if parts were included. Well they get here to move both my washer and dryer which required no additional parts and they charged me $209.95. My service charge was $89.95 and they charge me $120.00 which is $60.00 per person. The manager Mack said it was a two man job. Why did my service charge go up $20 and why they didnt tell me before hand how much they would charge me per person? I would of contacted HandyMan or founded help somewhere else and way less expensive. Totally Rip Off. Gave them a 1 star because they were polite. My co-worker recommended them and she said I was completely ripped off they only charge her $150 and she had parts included. SMH Never again!

Well, after just getting off the phone with ABC Appliances, I am still fuming. We had asked them to come fix our oven because the button to turn it on wasnt working. The repair man came and told us that it couldnt be fixed. Later, I decided to look at it myself so I opened up the control panel, tweaked the wires, and voila, it works...and has been ever since. When I called ABC to tell them that we were able to do what the repairman couldnt, they gave me a song and dance about how they werent hired to fix it, but to "diagnose" it. WHAT??? WTH?? In any case, it was clear that they werent going to refund our money for the bogus "diagnosis". So customers, BEWARE!!!!!!!

We have purchased many large appliances from ABC Appliance and we have always been extremely pleased with the products as well as the service! Today ABC Appliance has captured our admiration and appreciation forever!!! While installing our new dryer, the delivery team of Mack and Charlie took the care to notice that our washer hoses were on the verge of breaking apart and they saved our family from a total water damage disaster!!!! We are forever indebted to their thoughtful, observant, and professional service!!!!

Excellent, AFFORDABLE source of parts AND knowledgable experience and advice when youre trying to fix that old washer of yours before giving up on it and buying a new one....and their parts are IN STOCK, and half the price (or less!) than other dealers and suppliers in the area. Thanks to ABC, my washers as good as new (maybe better, when you think about how theyre made now!)...and this is from someone with no real experience, just followed their advice. ☺

Were able to repair my refrigerator the next day. Showed up when they said they would. Reasonable price for just a service call. Friendly staff, made me feel comfortable; were able to explain the problem and how they diagnosed the issue. Gave me a price before doing the repair and left me good directions for getting my unit back up and running.

I bought an element for my dryer. I found it elsewhere for three times less then their price. Brought it up to the person sitting at the desk was told that the one on line was probably generic. There are no brand-name markings on the one I purchased here and Im not convinced that its not the same.

Great overall service. Delivery men did a perfect job. The guys delivering my new washer and dryer were very delicate with the new hardwood floors and newly painted walls. On time and polite as well. I recommend them over a big store. Will make another purchase there in the future.
