Even though the schedule they have posted in the store always shows plenty of openings, they barely ever have same-day service available. They will tell you "we only have one guy in the shop right now" as an excuse, yet you can see 5-6 techs through the window and doors. They do not stand by their work, and do not seem to really want work. One of my many negative experiences here included having to wait 10 minutes at the service desk as the cashier sat in the waiting room on her phone, after getting her attention, she seemed very annoyed that I was interrupting her, and told me that there was nobody available to help me tonight, though it was still 6 hours before close. The Jiffy-lube nearby had friendlier and more knowledgeable staff, the service was cheaper, and I was able to be helped immediately. These places will help you quicker and for less: Need general service? Take to JiffyLube (1 mile away) Need new tires/tires change? Take it to Mr Tire (2.5 miles away) Need parts/accessories/ect? Advanced Auto, (2 miles away)

Experience her has been more than ok. Not the best, but they will get the job done. I think there service fee for a snowblower is a little high. Other than that. More than ok service

The sears reps were incredibly helpful. I had questions with my bill and they were patient to explain everything to me.
