No show, no call, nothing. Had made an appointment for the customary three hour time slot only to sit there the entire time and have the person fail to show up and fail to call. Called back the following day to inquire and was told that the individual was unable to make the appointment but no explanation was provided as to why he did not call to let me know. Thought I would try this company in the neighborhood but will go back to my previous repair person.
