Worst experience ever from a store. I dont know how this store is even working. No surprise Sears is losing business because of this. I have had good experience with Sears.Hoping for the same experience, ordered an tablet online at Kmart on Dec 18, 2016. No response until December 22. On December 22, Order was ready for pickup. However, when my friend went to pickup my order at 8 AM in the morning, staff and manager made him wait for 1 hour with no response. After few calls from my office, they say order is cancelled at 2 PM. Never received an email that the order is cancelled. But the status still shows ready for pickup. I HAVE TO DO LAST MINUTE SHOPPING ON 24TH NOW TO BUY GIFT BECAUSE OF KMARTS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. KMART LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF SEARS. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.

Prices are ok. Convenient location for me. Product availablity is ok, although they seem to cram so much stuff, you can barely make it between certain aisles compared to their Corp Sears stores. Cashiers are horrible. I was checking out about 10 min before closing time. When the announcement came over the intercom that the store was closing in 10 minutes, the female cashier clearly stated Finally, everyone get out so I can go home!. They always have lines and Ive never been in there where theres more than 2 cashiers. Theres one lady that works the register in the electronics department. Shes really good, quick, and very nice to deal with. I only go to this location when I have to or if I know exactly what Im looking for and what they carry. Otherwise, we now go to the new Target.

I wanted to make a payment for my layaway. I asked a very nice lady at customer service to call an associate to help me which she did. I stood at the layaway counter for fifteen minutes waiting when I decided I didnt need the items anyway because no one showed up. I went back to customer service to see if I can make a payment there and a different associate stood behind the counter,ignored me and continued texting on her phone. A cashier told her to help me and she replied that someone else was helping me. I had to wait for the first lady to come back and help while she was her phone. If anyone that runs Kmart reads this, stop paying people to txt and snap at work its driving away customers

Return policy sucks. I had items of clothing that I purchased in January and needed to return because I had a death in the family. I was told items cannot be returned or exchanged. I was very dissapointed because I needed the money. I was not even able to exchange for clothes I needed to wear to the funeral. Also they do not honor their sale prices. Was told one price by sales associate, different price at register but manager refused to honor quoted sales price. No wonder most of their stores are closed.

the last two times ive been in there, their computers were down so i had to wait 15 min to check out. the same thing happened at the edgewater Kmart and we waited for OVER an hour. it was ridiculous. and the employees could seem to care less. however, if i worked at kmart, i probably wouldnt give a damn either! but you cant beat the prices. i guess you get what you pay for. i have to call and ask them if they have an item and im dreading it.

Typical Kmart. Need I say more the very few people who have "disabilities" perform tasks and carry our customer service 110 times better than the rest of the drug addicts and drunks that work here. Hey but they need to pay for the drugs somehow, Right? The gentleman with the wisp (on his lip) who I think was the cashier manager is a really good young man who knows how to treat people.

The Kmart at Crofton is good, the selections of beauty stuff or clothes are amazing, but the problem is, that the last time my mom and I went to this Kmart, there were 2 checkout lines, both crowded. Thats the bad news. The good news is, that the lady at the jewelry counter lets us check out over there, if you have 15 items or less.

Customer service was good needs to be more organized also your selection could be up grated need more choices in product i miss Kmart in Pasadena i drive from Catonsville past Wal-Mart and others because i new what i was going for would be there course not enough cashier but that is everywhere

This is last time I shop at Kmart. The return policy is no returns after 30 days even with a receipt. Apparently this change is one year old, since I had nothing to return was not aware of the change. I will make sure to shop where customer returns are customer friendly not corporate friendly.

This store appears disorganized, things are out of place and things that should be on shelves are not there. Also when youre comparing prices to other stores, such as Kmart versus Walmart, Kmart prices are much higher than Walmart

Prices are a little high compared to other box stores and quality of home fashions as well as clothing lacking ....I get my oil changed for $17 with shop your way app on Sears garage side and holiday selection always nice.

Some sizes were missing from the racks of clothing and a shirt I picked up had dirt or paint on it. But otherwise, all the store staff we had contact with were very pleasant, polite and helpful.

Prices alot higher on the same brands/types of merchandise that could be bought at Walmart or Target. Only good thing is you can purchase Craftsman brand items because theyre owned by Sears

Great deals, friendly staff. Store is very old so I could see were an uneducated person would think it was dirty. With todays economy and work force they do a superb job.
