Excellent service from Steps and their technician Deo. Dryer started squeaking and I started to seek out rates for service calls. Hands down, Steps was by far the most affordable option. The competition wanted 3x the price just to step foot in my door!!! Our technician, Deo was extremely pleasant and kind. He even notified me he could come a day early before our scheduled appointment to which I gladly obliged. He wasted no time getting straight to work and remedied our dryer issue within 15-20 minutes. Payment was quick and painless via CC. Cannot stress enough how happy I am to have found Steps as I will surely be contacting them should any other issues arise in the future. This company is absolutely wonderful! A real breath of fresh air after having several previous bad experiences with several other companies! 1. A real human answered the phone when I called. 2. Response time was fast. 3. The fee to come diagnose the problem was reasonable and applied to the total repair cost. 4. Even though a part had to be ordered, it took only 5 days for Deo to get it and install it. 5. Email and text communications were sent to me every step of the way so I didnt have to guess about whether a tech was actually coming. 6. During the time where it seems like all of our appliances were on a time bomb to stop working; we are glad that we found Steps appliance repair. We called Steps appliance repair when another appliance repair company fail to show up, and Deo was able to fit us in his busy schedule for the same day. Amazing communication. After having poor communication with a competitor (cough cough Sears) which left me high and dry taking a day off of work without a repair man coming, I contacted Steps Appliance Repair. Not only did a human answer the phone, but I received text messages and emails with every update they made to my appointment. Appointment created, notification. Repair Man on his way, notification. Repair complete, notification. The tech was polite and did not try to charge me for a new dryer part as the old one was just dirty. Im extremely impressed by the professionalism of this company. I had five days to remodel my kitchen with all new LG appliances and it could not have been accomplished it some coordinated efforts. The gentleman who arrived was accommodating of the schedules of both me and the contractor. He made the extra effort to ensure each appliance was functioning appropriately. I have a GE refrigerator and the water/ice dispenser had been giving us problems for the past year or so. I called a couple of companies for repair and I was quoted ridiculous prices for an analysis. I found Steps Appliance Repair via Google and decided to give them a shot. Deo worked with my schedule to take a look at the refrigerator. I also got a courtesy call during the window time and he was here as scheduled. Deo is knowledgeable as well as professional. I called yesterday morning & he Deo Mosha said he would come over & look @ the washer to see what was wrong with it, he found out right away & looked up the part , lucky for me they had one in the warehouse & he had another job to go to & he would come back in a few hours & he did show up at 5:00 pm fixed it, then he had another job to go to it was 6:30ish when he left. He cleaned up all his mess & put it all back the way it was, he was very nice & did a great job!!! very happy with the service :)

Steps appliance repaired my dryer when another top-rated appliance repair service left me stranded after multiple failed attempts to fix the same problem. Deo was prompt, professional, and polite. He showed me the part he replaced and assured me that if I experience further trouble with the dryer, the full price of todays service would be applied to that repair. What more can you ask for from a service company? I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again or refer them to a friend or colleague.

Deo was very professional and accurately diagnosed the issue with my refridgerator. I appreciate the fact that he took time to explain my options on how to fix the problem, especially since I have a home warranty. He did not try to overcharge me or rip me off. He also contacted my home warranty to give the diagnosis for my refridgerator so that I can make the decision on whats the best route in getting it repaired. Great Service - Promptly repaired top freezer/refrigerator with non functioning refrigerator section. Henry K gave estimate, went to their local shop to get a new fan; & installed within an hour or so. He also conducted heat to the freezer drain tube to keep it from freezing over and dumping defrost water into the refrigerator section... All at a reasonable cost!!!
