I went here to buy a mattress after a bad experience at Sleezys Mattresses. I was able to try a bunch of different mattresses without some d-bag following me around. The staff was available when I needed help and friendly. Also the mattresses were way cheaper than Sleezys. This Sears is unfortunately located in the Bowie Crime Center... er... "Town Center"... so dont go there after dark, and hide any valuables you have in your car.

Horrible customer service. They sent confirmation for order pickup.When I arrived guy named omar after 4 mins marked the pickup request "completed". When i equired,he says he is still looking for the item. After half hour they say item isnt there and we can "return" the item. No surprise sears is failure.

I purchased a washing machine tonight. I could not have been happier what the service I received from Demetrius. I almost wish there was other stuff I could buy. If you need something from Sears, go to Sears at Bowie Town Center and ask for Demetrius. What a fantastic asset to Sears!
