I bought a Maytag Microwave recently on a Saturday. I called on Monday and told one of the staff that I didnt like the microwave. She was goiing to have the owner call me back. I waited another day and I didnt hear back from him so I called him. He suggested I call Maytag. I ve never had to do that with other companies but I gave him the benefit of the doubt.He gave me the phone number to call. I called and of course, Maytag said that since I didnt buy it from them that Id have to go through the store that I bought it from. I called Mr Pyle back and when I told him what they said he just laughed.(!!!!) We discussed how hed be stuck with a used microwave (not my problem) I was not a happy customer. I purposely went to this store so that I would be helping a small business owner- this is what I got. I got stuck with a microwave that you have to push 3-4 buttons just to get it to melt something and a timer that only buzzes every minute. I used the timer to time when I should stop using my mixer on a cake mix and I didnt hear it because of the mixer and had to watch the time. I would have mixed for another minute before I heard the next buzz. I researched another microwave which he did sell but he wanted to charge me $30 more than what it was when I had been in the store the day I bought my sad excuse of a microwave. Sadly, this has taught me a lesson that I need to ask return policies and will probably only buy at large chains that will not laugh at their customers!!!! Small stores do charge more but I would have thought customer service makes up for it- it didnt in this case with Mr Pyle and EA Pyle Co.

I was lookin for a portable dishwasher and came across from this site. I called and got some information and they had what I wanted at a good price. I was a little leery about buying it basically from a warehouse, but thought I would make the trip. When I got there I saw the dishwasher and a lot of other stuff. I negotiated a bit and wound up getting the dishwasher (which works great!), a new microwave (which works great) and a suit for my 4 year old grandson...all at the price that I was originally quoted for the dishwasher alone! Dont be afraid to ask for discounts. They are good people and easy to work with. They are not Sears, Lowes or some other company, so dont look for that support. You buy the appliance, you take it home, it is yours! I am now looking for a freezer, so I will be going back.

I purchased a refrigerator from this company last week and was extremely pleased with the customer service and product I received. John and Mary were great to work with. John is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me find a refrigerator in my budget that fit and then usual space that I had to work with. LET’S SUPPORT THE LOCAL BUSINESSES WE HAVE LEFT IN OUR COMMUNITY!

Stay away from these guys. The service technician is super offensive. Super unprofessional and cant follow simple instructions.
