I would not recommend using Mayer & Kehler for any type of appliance servicing. They have the worst customer service I have every experienced. They do not keep appointment times and do not prioritize their customers needs. After being told they would be coming at noon when I scheduled them for a 8a-10a time slot, I replied that I would need to go to work (since I was already taking time off in order to be home for the 8a-10a appt) and asked that they then come back after 3pm when my husband would be home - I was then told that their service guy "couldnt wait around that long." Not acceptable if you ask me.

Our 6 month old double oven unit succumbed to an electrical surge, we suspected. We contacted the store of purchase (hhgregg) and were told were "out of their service area"! Wouldve been nice to know that before buying! So we asked around and were told Mayer n Kehler do service and repair. They came, repaired, and helped negotiate a better parts price from manufacturer , due to the age of the oven. Mayer & Kehler were very pleasant to deal with, were prompt, and efficient. Definitely shopping for our next appliance with them!

Our Kenmore refrigerator went out Monday night/early Tuesday morning. Since it is a Kenmore, naturally we called Sears for service. The earliest they could send someone was the following Monday. Called Mayer & Kehler instead of waiting for Sears. They came the next day (Wednesday), and repaired the frig in less than an hour. The service man was very courteous and knowledgeable. And the price including service charge was very reasonable! I highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs.
