We purchased some items and tried to return them less than 24 hours later. Didnt have the receipt initially and they only gave us store credit on a card for half the value of what we originally paid. Called the store less than an hour later with the original receipt and the staff said that since we dont have the items we purchased anymore, they couldnt help us. Extremely frustrating to deal with them! In this age of technology you would think a big store like Jo-Ann Fabric would have the ability to take returns and work to make sure they have happy customers. We had returns for several other retail stores and all took the items back with not problem. Stay away from this store...we wont be shopping there again.

I just called looking for something. A leather repair kit. The answer I got, " Umm, we might have something like that in the clothing section. Im not sure. Were open until 9". Apparently it was too much trouble for her to go check the aisle but I can drive there to go check for myself. And in case youre wondering why I didnt demand that she checked; I wouldnt trust someone like that to actually bother with checking. This is why people order from Amazon and brick and mortar stores are closing.

This place was great! They had a wide selection of fabrics and everything was very well stocked and well taken care of. The staff were very helpful, and when they couldnt find exactly what I was looking for, they pointed me to a website that specializes in those items. Very pleased with the experience :)

Good selection of products, fair prices, lots of coupons available via mail, email, and their app. Watch your receipt carefully, Ive experienced errors in what I was charged during several visits.
