Love buying some of my supplies from this store especially fabric but some of the staff members are very very rude and unprofessional which cuts my shopping down at this location a lot.I try not to go anymore unless its a last resort because I dont know who is going to be working and some employees act like your intruding at their homes. They seem to forget they are at work a place of buissness and if it wasnt for us customers spending money they would not be able to recieve a Joanne check. They should keep in mind dont bite the hands that feeds you and if they dont need the money from Joanns leave keep your grouchy a** at home so pleasant people who need the job can work there

I only go to this Joanns when I REALLY dont feel like driving all the way to Hampton. The staff is always rude to me and get annoyed when a customer asks a question. God forbid you want fabric cut because theyll take forever to wait on you since what theyre doing is more important. The signs are never correct and the staff wont honor a price even though theyre unaware of what sign is what. Do they not set it themselves? Ive complained and nothing gets done about it.

Didnt have any leather making goods. At 1pm on a Saturday, they had no one at the registers working. A lady had her back to us the entire time we were waiting and got annoyed when I pressed the call for assistance button. She was ignoring us, the lady ahead of us in line dropped her things and left Another lady ran up and said "sorry for whatever" literally what she said. I get they are going through a remodel but get your act together, man.

The store is large, no associates offered any help or inquired whether I needed anything or not. It was so quiet, the shelves on the aisles seemed very high so you couldnt see any other parts of the store from where you were. I found the fabric selection to be lacking and oddly arranged/organized. It was almost creepy, it was so quiet, the store felt deserted.

Too small and poorly staffed. Every time Ive been in the store, the items were crammed together. The selection is less than other JoAnn stores. Also, they seem to never have enough workers to man the cutting counter and the register. The cutting counter is right by the register so the staff can work both at the same time. Its crowded and inefficient.

I will never shop at another joanns again! Horrible customer service. Lazy workers not wanting to look for fabric for you. This is not the only location. Called 3 different stores in Hampton, Newport News and Virginia Beach. I will forever order my material online from another fabric store.

Staff is always courteous and very helpful, and they usually have what I need. I enjoy this store. Sometimes have to wait a little more if they are really busy, but it is worth it because the smaller group of staff is friendlier than some of the other places I have been in.

Really nice, large store. Staff was very friendly. Only issue I had was the some misrepresented sale signs. Some sale signs from the holiday the previous week was not taken down almost a week after which caused a lot of issues during checkout.

Very nice staff everytime we have been in there. They have a nice selection of fabrics and other items you would need. They have great holiday deals and coupons online. They also give coupons out on a regular basis. Highly reccomend.

I drive an hour to this store because the ladies are awesome. Mind you there is another store within 20 minutes of my house. Yes, things were moved around during the renovation, but in life we must accept change. Good job ladies

Really nice place. Definitely has all the yarn you could ever want. Just wish they had music playing. It dead silent in there all the time and kinda throws me off. It is a great place though.
