I went in today to try and get fabric to decorate my room for college but the ladies working at the cutting station were super unhelpful and rude. They just stood there talking and complaining about cutting fabric, and didnt offer to help me find other fabric when there wasnt enough of the one I had brought up. They didnt smile once and gave horrible customer service. I will not be going back to Joanns after this experience.

Awful! No help. Long lines at cutting station and cash registers. Makes for angry customers. Took almost 45 minutes to get one yard of fabric and ribbon cut and pay for it. Looked like 4 employees in entire store. This is why there are no jobs. The CEOs of companies cut the payroll to put more cash in their pockets. Greedy.

There was a young woman, Nicole, working at customer service and she did a great job. I needed help with a return and she also helped me with a purchase. The store is clean and well organized with so many craft and sewing supplies.

Usually very lightly staffed so it can be hard to find someone if you need help or have a question. The store is cleaned and well organized and has a nice sized seating area if you need to review patterns or books.

Much larger fabric selection than my home store in Parkville. They also offer a lot more needlecrafting supplies than most other stores. Cutting counter was a little slow, but thats my only critique.

Quick service and reasonable prices. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Unfortunately, unless you ask for help, the layout is rather unintuitive and there arent enough signs.

Has everything you need to create something special. Remember to bring your coupons. They often allow you to use 2 coupons at the same time. Just ask.
