It was great. They have a lot of supplies and friendly customer service. I did not like the fact that they did not have but two registers open, and they were slammed packed. The gentleman behind me had to wait in line three times. He had a return and the lady that worked there, who told him to wait in line for the return did not tell him he had to get ticket first. He was returning items for his wife, and wasnt sure he had to do this. Then the same cashier told him instead of coming back to her , (She made the mistake) told him he had to wait through the line again.

I went to the store twice today to make several purchases. I needed help/advice with two of my items. There was no one available to help. I walked the entire store both times, looking for a clerk/employee. There were long lines at both service areas, so I didnt feel right about asking them. After the second visit, I just gave up and left.

One of the messiest Jo-Anns Ive been to. They keep bad inventory records....all across the nation apparently, because they claimed to have 200+ items of a particular flower, but after calling several stores, and they had 1 or 2. Special ordering seemed like a big confusion for most of the staff. No free site delivery either. Bah!

They never seem to have enough people available for the cutting counter, though the ones I have dealt with have been very nice & helpful. The same woman is always at the register, though, & is NOT a pleasant woman. I hate to seem mean, but a smile really wouldnt kill her.

Only place to get fabric unless you drive way down to the Amish stores. They gave alot of jewelry making stuff, not much for card making or scrapbooking, but its primarily a fabric store. It will have all your sewing needs.

Store offers a lot of different products but is very congested I also very narrow very difficult to navigate the store and takes forever to check out dont be in a hurry here

Maybe if you purchased your fabrics at a independent store instead of Jo-Ann, Rag Shop or WalMart your shopping experience would be more pleasant.
