This location has the friendliest staff. They are always so very helpful and help me find the things I need. They did just redo the entire store, though, and there seem to be less products than they used to carry, and as a long-time shopper, it is difficult for me to find things, but there is a much smaller selection of products than there used to be. Thats why Ive only given it 3 stars, because of the selection; otherwise, it would have gotten a five-star rating, just an FYI to potential shoppers.

I took a print to the custom framing desk with a 60% off coupon. Frame and mat were quoted as $261 - that is WITH the coupon. The next weekend I bought a frame, mat and plexiglass (from a Swedish store in Norristown) for $21.99 and did it myself. Their prices are astronomical unless you have a coupon for simple items like frames. Who shops here??

Disappointed, I really like the store but I just called to find out if they had a certain item in stock. Was told they would ask someone from that department. I waited 16 minutes and then was just hung up on! Very disappointed.

This place is like the crafters Mecca. They literally have everything a homeschool parent could ask for. I still prefer hobby lobby but in the area this is the best choice.
