This store is relatively well-stocked and clean, and the staff are helpful. Prices tend to be average to just a bit higher than AC Moore. Disappointed that the selection of papercrafting supplies has been reduce over the last few years. Overall, a good place to shop for craft supplies.

Customer service is terrible! Lady checking people out didnt know how to use a coupon. Not only did she not get the concept of how to scan it, she couldnt read it. I explained it to her 4 times before another associate had to come over and show her step by step what to do.

I like this store but its very expensive like crayola products they sale them for 45.00$ for a craft set thats just wasting money. They do have good things like paint for $1.00 that i would buy. But on the other hand AC moore is way better and cheaper! :)

Do not have any helpers in the crafting field. Everyone is overly obsessed with stocking/selling merchandise. All of the workers have no idea on crosstitch/crochet. Selection is limited and crappy. Remember to call Grandma with your questions.

Store is well maintained and organized. Much smaller than other stores I have been in. The have a little bit of everything but a lot of nothing. When you make a store like this into a small footprint you have to give up something.

Didnt have what I needed in stock, but the yarn selection is pretty extensive, running from cheaper polyester to mid-end, in a variety of weights and yardage. Will definitely go here again.
