Ive been doing business with the Harrisburg Tandy for over a year, far as the staff & service are concerned, I have no complaints whatsoever; everyone there has been very helpful, knowledgeable, personable & courteous. If you have questions, they will answer them. The only problems I have are with Tandys products such as: not all the tools have a model # stamped on them, they discontinue products I love & the instructions in the kits are sketchy & not well written.
