worse customer associates I have ever dealt with. I came in to buy some stretch canvas, turpenoid and gesso paint. The floor associates made it a point to avoid any customers and even those who were there made no effort to acknowledge me. I had to hunt down someone that knew what the art supplies I was looking for were (really bad sign) after a page I did get someone that took me to the area. The pricing was there and some were not. Once again hunt down for a associate. After the search proved to be pointless I left and went to Plaza Art. I will say this was my first and last time ever coming here. Ridiculous to come to a craft/art store and no one knows nothing about the materials except 1 person

DONT GET CUSTOM FRAMING DONE HERE. We went there to have something framed. The woman suggested more expensive double matting, with two different colors. The piece came out looking awful. Despite their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy (posted in the store), the salesperson was rude and refused to work with us to correct the problem. The manager was useless, and would not even listen. We finally got our money back, and will avoid the framing center here in the future.

The mother-of-the-bride and I were working on wedding favors and went to Michaels after hitting a few snags. Meghan was so helpful and spent so much time guiding us through what we needed to do. I havent experienced such great service anywhere in a very long time. I suggest if you go to this Michaels that you ask for Meghan.

The staff at the store is generally very kind. There is a large selection of products. However, the store is sometimes in the process of being reorganized, making it more difficult to find what is needed. Also, the line moves very slowly, which is likely the biggest negative.
