This location is just like every other Michaels in the way that if offers great stock and often has complimentary discounts available. However, my experience with the framing department may just have caused me to go elsewhere for art supplies in the future. I was trying to get a matte for a larger frame and when I saw that the size I needed wasnt available or in stock, I asked the people at the customer "service" desk if they could help. They were chatting, so they had to finish their conversation before helping me, and as I described my situation, every response they had to me made me feel like I was a problem for bringing it up. Like getting a large matte was a big deal and that I probably wont want it because it was expensive. Look, if youre going to do good business with people, WORK with them to achieve a solution. If you treat a customers request like a problem and respond to them rudely, no one will want to come back. Simple. There are a ton of other places to look for that item anyways.

Manager is extremely disrespectful. Told us we had to buy a stuffed animal because my nephew was holding it and it was "wet." Mind you he is 10 months old, teething and was fussy and the stuffed animal comforted him enough for his mother to continue shopping and after four people told her it wasnt wet she proceeded to tell my best friend that she has bad morals and ethics and that she should pay more attention to her son. The manager then proceeded to tell us to bring toys so that he doesnt touch or "drool" on merchandise because now its "damaged goods." DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.

The good news is that their selection on art paper is nice, but not as wide as The Art Store downtown. The bad new is, while some of their employees are very nice and helpful, their manager (or who it seemed to be) was downright nasty, so I placed my items back and decided to shop elsewhere. If thats the manager, I feel sorry for the friendly employees, who seem to be working their best. I hope my experience was a one-off, but I wont be back soon.

The cashiers held some items for me overnite, and when I arrived 30-45min till closing, needing help w/ a few more items (I was budget shopping for a classroom art project), no one seemed to mind. In fact, they really worked with me to make the best selections for my price point. I left a few minutes PAST closing with everything I needed and a few dollars to spare!!

The most updated and "modern" Michaels Ive ever been to. The shopping center is really clean and modern as well. The store itself is not too big, which is good for a craft store. There is always plenty of staff available that are happy to help with anything you may need. Overall, I would recommend going here and not to the AC Moore down the street.

This store is very clean and well organized. They offer all your crafting supplies and home decor type stuff. Doesnt feel junky or like a warehouse like some competitors. There is always a coupon available.

I bought some Halloween items at 70% off. I was happy with my purchase at Michaels. Unfortunately I had to wait so long in order to justify buying these things because the original price was so high.
