So this place has great selection and you can find some good deals. The reason I gave it three stars was the customer service. There were no friendly hellos or smiles, which like whatever thats fine, not typical of Hummelstown but fine. What bothered me was when my young daughter and I were looking at a sugar dish for her tea party and while she was opening and closing the lid, one lady came and grabbed the entire tray of stuff the dish had been on and took it behind the counter. She looked ticked when she did it. She practically took the dish out of our hands. I wont be going back unless desperate.

The man who works here is extremely rude, and condescending. He treats his customers as an inconvenience. I felt pressured into buying something because they were trying to close 10 minutes before the actual close time. Who do you complain to when the owner is the one who is a complete jerk? Go to crossroads antique they are much nicer. He probably doesnt care but hes lost my business forever.

I would give 2.5 stars if I could. There are no antiques at this store. My husband and I consider antiques to be anything pre-1940, and this store is lacking. It is mostly flea-market finds, antique chic/reproduction items, and handmade goods. There is no AC, so keep that in mind if you want to antique in the summer months. Hard to comment on prices since there was nothing we wished to buy.

Nice selection of antiques in an old factory. 3 floors of vendors with about 50 vendors per floor. Has crafts, primatives and antiques. We purchased se old lincolnware sugar /fllour / tea jars. Many other things over the years. Boxes to hold remotes, antique Stanley tape measures, etc. Ample parking, accepts cash, visit and mc.

The Olde Factory Store is awesome. Something their for everyone. 3 floors (yes even an elevator) antiques, collectibles and crafts. Our third time this year and the merchandise is different each time.

I always find unique, reasonably priced items when I visit the Olde Factory. Be sure to allow ample time to explore - I say at least an hour.
