This particular Michaels was understocked from the last time I was there and I made a $1.90 purchase and then went to Barnes and Nobles looking for patterns for my new knitting project. Not impressed this trip.

Always some good items on sale or a coupon available online. Not the selection of art supplies that a dedicated art store has, but enough to get general items. Staff is friendly and helpful.
