The employees were not attentive. I had to chase one throughout the store just to ask a question. She saw me trying to get her attention and would just walk away. Then when I finally get to her, she doesnt even know what Im talking about, or what Im looking for. In the end the store didnt even have what I wanted.

Not impressed. The store didnt have much variety in silk flowers. There were only two staff visibly working. The staff was friendly. But the staffs attention was divided because they were very busy restocking shelved. I suspect they were extremely busy because it was close to closing.

A new location and new building. Your average Michaels. Nothing really standing it out from the rest. Whenever Im here the check out line is always long and under staffed. 3-stars since I spend more time in line than actually looking at merchandise.

New store (well new location) - so very clean and very well stocked. Its not quite as big as their previous location and with that said, they dont have as much stuff in their store. But overall, great store and friendly staff.
