Horrible!!! I bought 4 yarn aND needed the 5th. When I asked that they are definitely getting this in agsin and when, thats its not discontinued or something like that the cashier said oh no cone back in a few,days and they will have more. I did only to be told by 2 employees they do not have any and trucks come Mondays but have no idea what will be on the trucks. I was wild! My friend is making a gift for my daughter in law and I needed to mail. I waa told I can go to Waldorf. 45 min for me. They dont even give half price if I run and get it since they told me they have 2 people that live in Waldorf and 1 can bring it to this store for me. Now today Susan Assistant manager says they dont do that, dont give discount...we are talkig 2.00, plus sorry her now 3 employees told me wrong on everything. I will never shop here again. Absolutely no concern for their customers! !

This Michaels is pretty much what you would expect. The store has every craft portion you would desire. Mostly overpriced and unexplainable long lines for the number of people in the store

Took my grandson for the kids club crafts today. Wish I had taken time to get the two ladies names working with him. They were awesome. We will definitely be going back!!!
