My father had purchased a vehicle from Clint years ago and we were in the process of trying to get me into a car before I went back to college. I tried so many different car lots and had terrible car salesman try to up sell me on something I couldn’t afford or just didn’t like. My dad remembered how well you guys took care of him at Northeast Motors when he bought himself a truck. So he recommended we try to go look at the car lot for a vehicle. Not only did you guys have something I loved, it was affordable and you worked with me as a first time car buyer. I can’t tell you or express how much stress was relieved from my mind and how excited I was that Clint personally helped me out. I’m finally paying my car off this year and getting into something brand new. Just bought my second vehicle from them today. When we arrived there the salesman, Clint Norris, remembered all the stuff we talked about from the first time we purchased from them 3 years ago , favorite football teams, places of employment,ect..... like we were just there a week ago. The van we bought by the way, was excellent and still is. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Clint got us the deal we needed. The car we bought was a great car at a great price. I would very highly recommend them to anyone. they have a great selection of vehicles at fair prices. if your in the market for a used car please check them out. Thanks Clint!!!

Good car at great price. Went beyond that as I had some minor issues with car after purchase. The rest of staff was great after manager Clint went out w/flu. Very pleased with how it was handled post sale. My biggest eye opener was when a comment was made about large dealers buying his cars only to sell them in a few days at more profit. While he was venting on the big dealerships it told me I could be paying higher prices for same car. Worry sometimes is that the smaller dealers dont have the reputation large ones do. I will be back to N.E. motors going forward. He gave me on my trade what I could sell outright for.

Ive had outstanding service from all the employees over the 27 years. Even though Im Bills sister, I want to stress how above and beyond they go for there customers. .. and Im family. I recommend them everyday to my customers who are in the market to get a vehicle, or sale or trade one. Bought a 2012 Nissan rogue and he gave a very fair price and even worked with us and brought it down. We went to 3 different dealerships the day prior and everyone barely wanted to come off any of list price and into the ballpark of our budget. Clint was very nice, friendly and patient. Once we got down to negotiating we were out of there within 30 min and driving off the lot in our new used car. So glad to finally have something reliable to drive my girls around in. I wish we came here first the day prior and saved ourselves some headaches.

When I hear "used car dealer", all the negative stereotypes come to mind. In this instance I could not have been more incorrect. I dealt with Mike Moss on a 2010 rx-8, it was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. He was excellent in every area and he made the process smooth and quick. I have two daughters that will need transportation in the near future, we will be going through Northeast Motor Company exclusively. If you are in the market for a used vehicle? Just purchased a vehicle today, and it was the most enjoyable car shopping experience Ive ever had. Mario was great to work with, not pushy at all, honest and fair about my trade, and upfront about the vehicle I had I inquired about. He had everything ready to go before I got there, so I was test driving the vehicle within 5 mins of parking. The purchase process was only stalled by my inability to navigate my loan providers mobile app! These guys are great, and have some great cars!

They were very nice, and answered all of our questions even after we purchased our car. Early Feb 2016, they sold me an 09 Honda Fit. I searched all over for the right car and the best deal. Northeast Motor Company ended my search. They had the vehicle listed on autotrader, which was very helpful. The sales guy (Trey) was a professional. The test drive, negotiation, and paperwork were a breeze. If youre in the market for a vehicle, it would be wise to check them out. Ive never been so happy with a car.

I really enjoyed my buying experience at Northeast Motor co. Between test driving, trade in appraisal, and paper signing, I was in and out in less than 1 hours. Although they sold me a truck for a lost they didnt try to devalue my trade in to offset the lost. It also helped that, Trey, the gentleman that me was on top of his game.
