I went in on Wednesday looked at cars and got told what information to bring back the next day for processing. Next day comes i show up and the rep was out on an emergency. A different salesman helped me out he was informative so i felt confident in the place. They gave me numbers i disputed because one way above blue book and two cars had hail damage. He said manager was willing to work on some numbers gathered all my personal information then proceeded to tell me they were backed up go have lunch we will call in an hr. That hr turned in to 5 hrs. I called back spoke to a different person and got told the guy working on mine left for an emergency but he would find out and call back. 2 hrs later still no call. Next day i get a call from the orginal guy asking me to come in. I explained he then said well in order for us to process your credit we need the down payment then we will refund if it doesnt go through so come in and fill out paperwork. I explained again i already did that. He called back said manager said come in and leave down payment they didnt even know the amount or that the previous guy said they could run it to find out how much based on credit. He then explained they require down payments before giving numbers. How does that at all make sense?!?! I told him how do you want me to just go and give money to a place that seems so wishy washy his response "sorry thats the way it works here" good thing San Antonio is full or car dealerships

Horrible experience. Everyone there acts like they are going to help you when they are really doing nothing. My husband went in to buy a truck. We gave them the information since we wanted to purchase the truck and we had a good down payment, we also explained that the monthly payment was not a big issue. He was there practically all day saturday waiting for an answer. Monday came he called and they said they were still working to get it financed. To call back Tuesday morning to check on status. When he did they told him they had sold the truck that we were purchasing. But he can get an older truck that was there instead. Horrible service.

Waste of time ! They give you the run around and lie !! They say your job and time at your job is your credit we dont check credit thats a bunch of BS dont waste your time going there all the good reviews are probably their employees bc they have nothing else to do but sit around they turn almost everyone away theyre gonna stay with all the vehicles bc they wont give anyone a chance

Execellent expierence!!! Purchased our 2009 Dodge Charger Srt8...Giving a plus to Mr. Miami (Harry) for helping us all the way through. We traveled from The Valley to San Antonio, got there at freezing temperatures and Mr. Miami was waiting for us, got paperwork done, loaded the car in the trailer and head back home.
