If I could give a negative rating I would! My Husband and I had an appointment at DCB. When we walked into the location they did NOT even acknowledge us at all. After sitting in the waiting area for 15 minutes, my husband went up to the desk where the sales associates were eating, laughing and socializing. We were then seated at a desk and a "salesman" (who was dressed in shorts, disgusting tennis shoes and has tattoos all over his arms) asked my husband for his basic application information. After pulling his credit report, the "salesman" told my husband "Youre approved you need to put down $4,000 but if you can get your wife to go on the loan... for sure you wouldnt need to put any money down." After I agreed to co-apply then he said " You guys are approved but we need $2,000 down. Thats the best I can do." While we were there, the appointment setter text my husband and said we will get 2 restaurant gift cards. When we decided to leave the "salesman" gave us the 2 gift cards that had been already used! We have 3 vehicles already and are experienced in the car buying process, We have never been TREATED SO BADLY IN OUR LIFE. Mr. Elder really should evaluate how this location does or DOESNT DO BUSINESS! We have a heard to commercials.. "DRIVE FOR A NICKEL" He really means DRIVE FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DOWN AND GIVE YOU USED GIFT CARDS!

I wish I could give less of a star. Me and my husband went for the nickel pickle sale. Drove all the way from new braunfels. It took them 30 min to get us talking to somebody even though we had a scheduled appointment. There was 2 other couples who walked in and got seated before us. We specifically told the man we only wanted the nickel pickle. We didnt want to put money down that day. The guy said he understood so he proceeded to run our credit and he ended up running our credit 6 times dropped my credit score down to a 536. And on top of that they wanted me to put down 4 grand on this vehical that for one I didnt say I wanted and two I had already mentioned NO MONEY DOWN that I only wanted to see if Id get approved for the nickel down. After finding out they ran my credit 6 times 3 weeks later due to getting so many letters from different lenders explaining why I didnt get approved by them I had called and spoke to a manager and he had then told me "Im sorry theres nothing I can do about it. But Ill let the salesman know not to do it again"

I just purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu with low miles and the whole experience was AWESOME. Everyone that helped me provided excellent customer service. Big thank you to Steven, Carlos and Vince!!! The entire process was easy and everyone was patient with me. They worked with my not so great credit and provided me with a monthly payment in the range that I originally requested. The owner even allowed me to take the vehicle for an extended test drive over night and when I came back letting them know it wasnt the car for me Steven assisted me in finding the car that best suited all of my needs. I would highly recommend visiting Dream Cars of Austin in Buda if you are in the market for a new car! Added bonus~FREE car washes on Thursdays for the life of my vehicle! Thanks again guys!!!

I went to DCB in March 2016 and service was GREAT!!! Unfortunately, we fell into a financial bind and decided not to move forward and thanked them. I contacted DCB again in July 2016 and ran into a ton of problems. I asked if we had to go back in to start the process since our documents were 60+ days old. Working in the financial world, after 60 to 90 days, you need new documents signed. Well, the Buda office decided upon themselves to RUN MY CREDIT without written authorization. As a result, my credit score has been knocked down by close to 30 points. I had been contacting them and no call has been returned. I am now UNINTERESTED in their service to help people purchase a vehicle. I am a very UNSATISFIED "CUSTOMER" and do not recommend them.

I bought My BMW 5 series from the Buda Location , I had already bought a Toyota Camry from Cedar Park. I Love My salesman Greg Thiompson!!! And Carlos and Tony in Finance have always given me Five Star treatment. When i go I feel Like Im hanging out with My second family... I definitely will buy my next car next Christmas from Dream Cars!!! Greg answers my calls even after I bought my car and if hes busy he will text me that hes busy, talk about Great service!... Greg, I will definitely buy my next car from you thank you so much! Keep up the good work guys!! And Carlos I will be expecting that Infinity :)

Tried to have a good experience but apparently nobody here is willing to help with even the most simple of questions. Unless you say you are coming in that day apparently you arent worth communicating with. I was ready to buy the next weekend if they would have but answered a simple question I had even if the answer was no I would have been fine. But no I got ignored. So much for customer service. When I was selling cars we chased every lead and treated everyone with respect. Never would have just ignored a customer. I guess some businesses dont like money or referrals. My sales contact was Tess.

THEY RAN MY CREDIT 6 TIMES WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!!!!!!!! IVE RECIEVED 6 LETTERS SO FAR FROM BANKS SAYING I GOT DENYED SMH!!!!!!!!! ALL 6 IMPACTING MY CREDIT SCORE!!!!!!!!!! GO ELSE WHERE BUT NOT HERE!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE F*** DREAM CARS MORE LIKE CREDIT NIGHTMARE. DROPED FRON 720 TO 680!!!!!! they dont let you look through cars they just try to force a car on you and and try to force u to buy it. smh its annoying and they RUN YOUR CREDIT PLENTY OF TIMES making my score go down smh!!!! wont ever go back there again!

Would not recommend this dealership.Even tho the people were nice,they did not seem genuine.It felt as if they were reading script .They came up to me immediately after arriving ,not giving me a chance to even browse the vehicles by myself.It seemed odd to me how the brochure and commercials says they have over 100 cars in stock when when I counted less then 50 in the parking lot.I even asked if they had more vehicles in the back and they said no. Not impressed at all, I left after 10 minutes of arriving .

I am currently in the market for a new car, went to dream cars just to get an idea of prices while shopping around. Had a newbie who didnt really know what she was doing. The manager came over and flat out refused to give me some estimated monthly prices without running my credit. Got very rude with me when I told him I didnt want my credit ran until I was ready to buy. I am definitely not purchasing a car from dream cars.

So I went to Dream Cars Buda... I wont lie.. I wasnt even ready to buy a car. Soon as I got there I looked around and seen that they had like 4 of the cars that I wanted. I spoke with Tony the manager and he told me a couple things about how they work. I set down with a salesman and these guys had me a answer in 10 minutes.. I got the 7 dollars down deal and got me a Nissan Altima. Thanks Dreams Cars Buda.. I LOVE my car.
