First off, I am big on local businesses. While I was out looking for a vehicle to buy, I was checking craigslist mainly and other local non-dealer sources because I didnt want to deal with the pressure salesmen normally put on the customer. I worked with Kasey there at the location and I really enjoyed my experience. He was understanding in my needs and gave me a fair price on a 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee. As with any used car, there are potential issues and problems; however, this jeep was in great condition. The interior was perfect and there was normal wear and tear on the vehicle but he didnt lie about it and was willing to factor in the cost of normal repairs into the price. I moved to another city and have made many trips back to New Braunfels and the jeep has served me well. Nothing that I have had to do with it was out of the ordinary and it has served me well. Mechanically the jeep was in good condition and there was nothing that came as a surprised. This is a good business doing good things in the way of vehicles for the good citizens of New Braunfels. Horrible customer service. Submitted an application after speaking with the salesman and never heard back from them. Followed up the next day ready to take it off the lot and I was told they didnt have an answer yet. Car that I wanted was gone next time I arrived and I never received the call I had been anticipating. I dont recommend this place to anyone.
