After spending weeks searching the internet for a low mileage 4wd truck in good condition I decided to drive to Universal City to look at one shown on their web site. It had a clean auto-check history and was in even better shape than I had hoped. The staff and owner were very friendly and extremely helpful, letting me test drive the truck for an extended time. Normally I buy used cars from major dealers and have been reluctant to even consider a small used car outlet, but I was very impressed with the quality (and price) of all the cars on the lot. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Cash Cars to my friends and family. It will be at the top of my list when I look for my next vehicle.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this dealer! The whole staff treated us with respect during the buying process. Greg, the boss, gave me nothing but stellar support, even when I had trouble with a car that I had bought from him. He personally went out of his way to see that I was treated right. He called and texted me often, keeping me in the loop and educating me about processes and options when resolving my car issues. I cannot say enough about how I appreciate all of their help. I would definitely buy from them again. In fact, Cash Cars is one of the maybe two or three used car dealers which I would buy from without hesitation. Veteran Friendly.

I Kelly Blue Booked their 1993 Civic Del Sol, came out to be 1500-3000 for a FAIR asking price. These people wanted 4500 and wouldnt even budge on the price. The car was dirty, hail damaged and scratched up. They dont even deserve one star. The service is rude and theyre only in it for profit. Mind you Im a teenager that makes minimum wage and Ive saved up money in order to purchase a car out the door. My suggestion, stay away from Cash cars. Period.

What I liked most about this place is that not only did they sell me a great running car but they were willing to work with me on everything ie; financing and warranty coverage. I had no surprises. I responded to an ad for a vehicle posted on Craigslist. Called and they told me they close at 6:30pm. So, I hauled ass to get there before closing time (I live 30 min away). Get there and they direct me to another vehicle, NOT the one I inquired about! I show them their ad on Craigslist and they responded that the vehicle already been sold. Waste of my time!!!

Bought a 2007 Pontiac G6 from Cash Cars and had a great experience. They were very friendly and easy to work with. The process was easy and they were upfront about everything. The car was sold as is, which is usual for a used car, but have not had any problems with it and it was very clean. Would recommend them to anyone!
