Ive been taking my 2003 avalanche to (the OLD) Richardsons for 13 years this is the first time at the new store with new people. Needed a window control switch cost me $218 for the part I also ordered a new radio. when I went to pick up the part I was told That they would need to install it because it would need to be programed for $134. I said no thanks I would install it my self because you cant program an analog switch. I installed it in 15 min no programming needed. About a week later got a call my radio was in, but had fixed a loose connection and replaced the front speakers so I didnt need the radio, But I went in any way to see if there was a re stocking fee. After a while I talked to two employees at the reception desk (the We need to program door switch guy wasnt there at that time) they told me that there wasnt a restocking fee but would check, while they were checking the re-programming guy came back to the front desk, I told him that I didnt need the radio and came to see if their was a re stocking fee, without hesitation and not even blinking an eye He said yes there is and it is $134, The exact same price of the door switch programming he did not collect a week earlier. I wont go back to Richardsons I dont need to be treated like Im stupid, TOO bad that when they moved they forgot to take their sense of loyalty and personal integrity.

I recently bought a truck from here. I was first helped by Amos, who was excellent. I was then helped by Joseph who was somewhat helpful. My wife had to go back a couple days later and had to approach Joseph for a warranty booklet who was rude to her. I then had to go back a couple weeks later with an issue and met with Joseph. He was very rude and disrespectful. He is the reason why I will never go to Richardson Brothers Chevrolet.

Joel "The Chevy Cowboy" did such an awesome job! We let him know what we needed and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Finance was awesome as well. Glad we took the short trip from San Antonio to visit these good people. Definitely a great deal.
