This has to be one of the most poorly run businesses in the Rio Grande Valley area. As soon as they receive your down payment and give you the keys, their whole demeanor changes. Theyll call and harass you and your references even when you make your payments on time!! Theyre reasoning is "just giving you a friendly reminder about the payment thats due"... they do this every other week! They make you feel comfortable about purchasing a used car by telling you if anything happens, you only have to cover parts and theyll fix it free of labor charges. What they dont tell you is just how often the vehicle will be prone to breaking down. Not only are the payments on this 10 year old car as much as my 2012, but in the past 20 months of owning this "Lemon", ive spent just as much on parts as I have on the payments!! All that, mind you, is considering their mechanics... and I use the term loosely... can even figure out what the problem is. Half the time I bring the car in because IT WONT START, they call me to tell me they cant figure out the problem because "there is no light on, therefore they cant diagnose it". So they just tell me to pick it up... are you kidding me?? I guarantee if you buy a car from them, something WILL be wrong with it within a few months. I can understand this might seem like a last ditch resort when it comes to purchasing a car when you have little or bad credit, but in reality, you will end up much deeper in debt if you buy a car from Cars on Credit, trust me. I recently lost my job and have been struggling to maintain the payments (all the while driving with a horrible noise in the engine because I cant afford to buy the part) and was calling them to tell them I wouldnt be able to make the payment until the following week... only to be told that a letter has already been sent to me threatening legal action for "theft"!! The payment isnt even 1 month late!! When I told the lady "Crissy" I will just return the vehicle to avoid that, she told me I better return it by tomorrow otherwise shell see me in court, then hung up!! With this kind of service, and lack of understanding, am I crazy for questioning how they are still in business?? Whatever your circumstances are, there is a better way... please dont get duped into throwing your money away to this company. I regretted it within the first month and I promise you will too.

Very poorly operated car lott. I bought my jeep commander 2007 about 2 months ago and ever since the first week Ive had issues with it. I noticed my breaks werent working as they were supposed to and as I took it to the mechanic he told me I was running on pure metal, they had no liquid whats so ever, I also noticed on numbs I would lose some control over the truck. Turns out the alignment was wack! Now, ever since the first week Ive been trying to make them fix the fact my truck wont start. They keep telling me it the battery but it doesnt seem like it. I already asked for them to change the battery several times now, maybe more than 3 and my truck is still parked outside not starting. At first they make it seem as if theyll help you but once you have trouble with the vehicle and return, they seem as if theyre bothered by you (the customer) returning. Not to mention I have been without a horn ever since I bought it also, my wipers dont properly work either. Probably the worst choice I ever made. Truck seemed fine when I first went to check it out.

I came to the dealer in search of a vehicle, the sales person was good in helping with my purchase options. I was able to get into a 04 Chevy Blazer, ever since the purchase, I have not had no major problems with the vehicle. You get an advantage because work is your credit overall, it reports to your credit on a monthly basis, its good for credit starters . (No hassle, easy financing )
