I saw a Dodge truck they advertised on Ebay by Bluebonnet Direct. I called them and they told me the truck was a nice truck in good shape. I asked them to send me more pictures of the truck, such as defects and what the underneath of the truck looked like. The sales representative sent me some pictures. I called back and asked him some more questions. I felt like by talking to him and seeing all the pictures plus the car-fax report it was a good truck. So I put $500.00 down on the truck and drove 330 miles to pick it up. When I got to the dealership to see the truck. It was beat the crap out of. All the pictures they took missed all the damage that had been done to the truck dents all over the door, and bed, tares in the seats, the trucks alignment was off.. I believe this is false advertisement. On top of that the sales representative sucked he had to call his boss every 5 seconds to have his boss make the decision. I felt like this was not a good dealership. His boss wouldnt give me my money back and we started to argue the point. I had driven over 6 hours to get to this location and they were trying to sell me a piece of garbage. In the end he would only give me back half of my deposit money. The owner of Bluebonnet Direct is a spinoff from his daddys automotive dealership. He has no sales skills and a poorly trained staff. I would not recommend a place like this they only care about the sale and not the customer period.

WARNING: This dealership has very questionable ethics. I called ahead to make sure the truck on the Internet was available and was told it was. I drove the sixty miles to see the truck but it was not there. After waiting a while the salesman located the vehicle down the road at the local Chevrolet dealership. We went and looked at the truck and were told the warranty work was complete and the truck would be ready in 30 minutes. After returning to Bluebonnet to try to work out a deal the salesman says the truck is ready, so back to the Chevy dealer we go to pick up the truck that was supposed to be on their lot to begin with.after negotiations , we could not reach a deal. After spending more than 5 hours at the dealership we were about 2500.00 apart and I left. Overnight I decided to purchase the truck. I contacted the sales manager Taylor Atkins as soon as they opened the next morning and advised that I would contact my credit union and set up financing. After I got approval I called the salesman back to confirm the sale. Driving back over to the dealership I get a phone call stating that they showed me the wrong truck and the price was 2,000.00 more. I only looked at one truck the whole time I was there. They would not stand by the price negotiated. BAIT AND SWITCH??????? Please be aware of this place.

Requested info on a 2014 Ram 3500 at approximately 1pm, received an email reply very quickly along with a phone call from the Sales Manager James Collopy. I told him my concerns dealing with other dealers and the games I have experienced along with the worst experience I had at carhax running my credit multiple times without my authorization. He put me at ease and I went in a few hours later after getting out from work. Met with James upon arrival, he had Chris H. help us with our purchase. I took the truck on a test drive and started the process and trade in appraisal. I was shocked at the trade value I was offered for my old truck, thousands more than the quacks at carhax appraised it at.. James was there during the entire process to answer any questions or concerns. Chris was very professional and courteous during our entire visit. Not once did any of the staff play any games to make the sale. They made the entire buying process simple and straight to the point. Will definitely be recommending Bluebonnet to everyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle.

My wife and I recently purchased a SUV through this company and Tom Johnson was our sales adviser. What an incredible and refreshing change it was to deal with him. We had been to two dealers previous to look and test drive SUVs and it was high pressure from the moment we walked through the door. Tom Johnson on the other hand was relaxed, low pressure and low hassle. I called ahead and he had the exact vehicle waiting, he gave us room to talk when needed and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The finance department worked hard to get us the APR and payment we could work with and were also polite and professional. If your looking for a certified car I wouldnt go anywhere else. Great Company and great people. Thanks Tom, we are so happy with the SUV.

I just bought my first used car here and I had a better experience then when I bought new car. We have been looking every where for the best deal for the past month and never felt comfortable working with anyone until we walked onto bluebonnet. No one pushed us to buy anything. i had two small kids with me so when we left I was able to deal with them by texting information and price. I feel we agreed on a very fair price and could not be happier. All I did next was come in and sign the paper work which was also trouble free and quick. Thanks to Chris Campbell and the management team for working with us. We will send people your way and be back to buy our next used car.

Me and my wife have less than perfect credit, I let that be known along with the price, make, and model we wanted. These guys went above and beyond what "typical" sales people would normally do for someone they know is a long shot, and someone they probably would not make a good Commission on. They drove to three different dealerships and brought vehicles back to test drive until they found the one we wanted. Then found someone to finance us with a docent rate. I was shocked how much these guys did to secure two customers for life. This is how it should be done!!! Thank yall very much!

Shopping for a new car is never easy or fun but I am completely happy with my new purchase from bluebonnet. Go see Big Al. Hes a straight shooter. After having wasted my time at literally every dealership in San Antonio and leaving frustrated and empty handed, I found an awesome car advertised on bluebonnet website. When I called, Al told me how much it would actually cost me to drive the car off the lot. I didnt have to haggle much, if at all. Thats totally refreshing. I love my new car but I really appreciated not having to waste any more of my time.

had an excellent experience with Tom Johnson at Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge. Ive never been a fan of car shopping and dealing with salesman but Tom is the guy you want to see when dealing with car shopping! From Tom to the sales manager Taylor Atkins, to James the finance guru, this was absolutely without a doubt the best and most pleasant buying experience Ive had when shopping for or buying a truck.
