Recently I went to this store to ask about a replacement phone since the phone I had was having dead spots on the screen. The two salesmen working that day were not very interested in helping me. One stayed at a little table playing on his own personal phone, while the one that did approach the desk, cleaned my screen on the phone, sawing its just dirty. I asked him to touch a few of the dead areas and finally he said, it doesnt work, you are able to get a replacement. So, after some discussion, I was told I had to go online to order one, they could not help me. He told me when I got the replacement I could bring it into the store and they could help with the transferring of contacts. Well, I went in the store when I received the new phone, but the salesman ( one that had been there the previous visit playing on his phone) told me they could not transfer any information in the store, it had to be done in my home with my wifi. He also said the machines cost five thousand dollars and they dont have any in the store anymore. He gave me the name of the app to download and transfer it all myself. So I went home again and I did get my new phone setup all by myself! Why do you have a store and pay for salesmen, electricity, store rental if no one is willing to help people! It Can Be done ALL ON-LINE!
