If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I remember going here one day asking about my computer and to have Windows 10 installed on it. The guy (I dont know what his name was) told me that my 2007 Dual Core processor was one of the best around. Even though I did some research and saw that it basiclly has no vaule today. And they also told me they installed a year of a antivirus, even though they only got me a free trial period which was a huge ripoff. I dont feel safe with bringing my phones or tablets here. Who knows what kind of expirements they do on them. Who knows what they might do next. They might as well have said that your old 98 Windws has better graphics then Windows 7. Just, dont go here with computers. And dont waste your money on something they wont give you.

This place is hands-down the best service I have ever received in my life time of living I would recommend this place to anybody kids grandmothers grandfathers cousins mothers Brothers uncles sisters fathers mothers anybody the technician there is great and he deserves a raise when I went in there he was moving and doing so much work and getting so much accomplished I just want him to know that his work did not go unrecognized and hes helping save lives in other countries like Somalia and Africa and just keep up the awesome work dude!!!!!!!!!

Being ex employee i got the in scoop on everything. they give you great work hours and work around your school schedule. we got paid every week. it was great team the managers and technicians were always nice and bought us food on Friday and Saturday even took us bowling. we got employee discounts and was not penalize for missing work as long as we called first. If my school schedule was not so busy i would of stayed i cant wait next semester start back working again at electronics r us

Willing to go beyond customer service support to make sure you are comfortable with the products and repair. Bought a OTT TV Box that was not working properly and they returned it without any issues, making sure the new one was "take home" ready by setting it up before I left the store. Great customer service, these guys not only fixed 2 iphones for me but for $80 bucks the price of one for these other so called cell phone repair guys, it was done in about 25 mins, and he explained everything to me. I will be coming back and referring my friends.
