Had no bad experience with this one I always call whenever I go here and theyve always answered my calls ( with some patience of course). Customer service is great Id say. Keep it up guys.

Could not find the 2 games I was looking for. It was busy and my friend and I waited for the line to die down. Were never offered help. Store was clean

Wouldnt even let my wife and small child use the bathroom. Didnt buy a thing! Really, over charge me and my 5 year old has to pee next door. Losers

Very crowded but great and helpful staff. Good selection but no WiiU games which is fine since its now a dead console.
